Didn't think of it happening of all places but here we are... I'm minding my own business just walking in the store going to the back looking for utensils.. 10 seconds in the cashiers beams right at me and says something to me for no reason, I didn't need her help didn't ask for it I just walked to the area I needed just to get said something to for nothing.. I walked out offended and disgusted I hope that lady isn't there again.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I got 2 slices of pizza and they were hard as hell. The cashier wouldnt get off her damn phone so that i could pay for my items. Sorry pathetic store and customer service!!

Great place! I stop by here when I am on my way to work some mornings after I hit the coffee shop next door. The woman that works there always greets me with a good morning or a nice and friendly hello. Always have what I'm looking for and they have some pretty good hot foods ready to eat. Even have a microwave for when you need to warm something up that you just bought from their cooler.

Store isn't open 24hrs. Yall need to post a dam* sign up with the actual hours !!!Last night coming back from vacation, (7hr drive), I had packages waiting inside the Amazn boxes. I pulled up at 12:35am last night, same time another vehicle did, which they got out and couldn't get into the store due to it being locked. I noticed and wondered why because it's supposed to be open. So I checked my phone and during that time another car came. That guy got out, tried the door, still locked, but he saw someone in the back so he began to knock on the door for a minute until an old rude grumpyface employee man opened the door (I'll call him Orgem for short). Orgem told the guy who was knocking, "the store is closed to customers". By this time I'm walking up and asked, "You're not open 24hrs?", Orgem said "no, 7-11 stores aren't open 24hrs anymore". I asked, "then why are you here?", but Orgem didn't answer, kept saying they're closed. But after a minute he letup and said "fine, hurry up, come in but hurry up". The other guy and I walked in and Orgem kept saying the store is closed, and then, i heard him say "this is why i don't open the doors because this happens". I continued to get my packages and began to walk out. As I did walked out I noticed other people had came in. That's why Orgen said what he said. Lol.So, if Orgem says is true that no 711 stores are open 24hrs, then why was the one in Wylie open? (I passed through Wylie on my way in)If Orgem says is true, why was He still there? Surely stores don't get deliveries every single day. That would be poor planning if so.Corporate Office or Owner of the store:No one cares to hear "We understand the importance of having customer service at it's highest level and we're sorry you had a bad experience. Please complete the survey with more details".I gave you enough details above. You're brand sucks with stores like this but just like other places, y'all don't care to do anything because of money.I'm not sure who Orgem is, or his name, I couldn't care less. But this is literally the last time I'll go there. It was out of convenience getting packages because I work down the street. But I'll have packages shipped to my Po box, and start going to QT which is just around the corner, AND they ARE open with correctly posted signs.

My son went in to make a purchase and Mr. Khan the evening cashier, ask my 14 year old son to empty his pockets before he leave the store or he would call the police. My son emptied his pockets and all he had was MONEY and his airpods in his pockets. When I went to speak with Mr. Khan he said my son was looking at him while walking around the store. I went to speak with the owner/manager and he confirmed that this was not the 1st complaint on Mr. Khan. I called 7 eleven corporate office too.

This stores closes at 12 -1 am every night! They are NEVERRRRR open 24 hours! The guys who work here are lazy and rude! And they neverrrrr check ids! This place needs a new owner and management I also contacted corporate! RIDICULOUS!
