Very frustrating when the prices on the merchandise are substantially lower than the register rings them. You’d have made a different decision which product you wanted to buy if it were marked correctly.Also, the woman at the register had problems ringing people up, so she took a while. Then when it was my turn, she simply forgot to program the pump for the fuel I prepaid. I had to go back and ask her to do so.Don’t go before work. They aren’t trained or prepared to serve you in a timely fashion. Manager should spend more time with his personnel.Oil and dirt in the ground. You could track it into your car.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , MAKE SURE TO CHECKYOUR FOOD OR DRINKS BEFORE LEAVING BECAUSEEVERYTHINGTHERE IS EXPIRED . I literally came around 2pm and bought a half gallon of milk and when I got home and opened it , it was sour and nasty it was expired. So after I put my kids to bed I come back at 8pm the guy working there refused to give me a refund or exchange it and gave me the ugliest looks and told me to take it cause it's not there problem and to come back tomorrow morning to speak to the manager. I can't believe I bought a half gallon of milk for over $5 and couldn't even exchange it for an other one .

If you’re going to only accept cash for lottery, at least know how to use the lotto machine. I was just refused to buy a ticket because your cashier didn’t know how to scan the barcode from my phone. I literally was trying to tell him that there is a scanner on the lottery machine, pretty standard for all lotto merchants, but he refused to use it. I’m reporting you guys to the Texas Lottery Commission

If I could give negative stars I would. There is a sign that says .89 cent big gulps with 711 rewards. I have over 500 points and when I get to the register I put my # in and it show point but it still rang up 1.80. I ask the lady how can I use points for the big gulps .89 cent price? She looks at me and says I dont know do you want them or not. Well I do but I want to .89 cent price . Again she says that the price. I say where the manager is so I can ask him. She point to the guy that is walking around that obviously heard the full conversation and when I ask him he looks at me and says I don't know and if you have a problem call 711 so I walk out. What GREAT customer service they have. Unfortunately I wont go back on the which they could care less about but 711 should educate there employees on the deals they have posted.

Ass location. Cashier said he didn't give a fuck about the tire pump being broke and wouldn't place a sign out there. Trash customer service

The management of this store is AWFUL! I've never had such a bad experience at a 7 Eleven. First of all they tried to over charge me for the same item get EVERY SINGLE time from several 7-Elevens ($1 iced coffee). It is always the same price and with no complaints from any of the other stores! When I pointed this out they continued to try and ring me up and insult me implying that I couldn't read English! At that point I simply said I no longer wanted it and started to leave. Then the manager tried to tell me I MIST PAY for something I no longer wanted. He then threatened to "CALL THE POLICE"! WHAT THE HECK!? Even if I was wrong, I can't understand how threatening to call the police on a customer over a price disagreement makes any sense from a customer service perspective. Corporate need to have conversation with this store owner/manager! He is giving a bad name to 7-eleven. HORRIBLE!

This is the 7-11 i stop every single day. The way this cashier treated me today was very disappointing. Went to get 4 packs of cigarettes the cashier named Heidi mohammad ( might have misspelled) he scans all 4 cigarettes . I had $2.00 coupon on my phone which was already scanned. After that he accidentally opens register as a cash which I understand we human beings makes mistake. No big deal on that. After that he rescanned everything and i asked him gently i had used my 2$ coupon will i be able to use that again??? Since the coupon once scanned i cant use it again. He goes no i cant i was like okay no worries. He goes you use it if u pay cash but i told him i don't have cash and after that he says either u pay cash or get out. After that my temper went to 0 to 10. I said excuse me thats not how you talk to customers and he goes don't teach me. Either you pay or get out. Never had this experience on that 7-11 been going there for 8-9 years but that dude really pissed me off today. He might be having a bad day doesn't need to show to clients. Hopefully management will take actions and he wont treat other customers like that. If i could i would had slapped his face today.

Store is always clean and well stocked( except the bathrooms unfortunately).the employees always greet you and ask you if you need any help.

Dude keeps cancelling my Uber eats order as soon as the driver gets there. Called about it & he says I’m calling “the wrong store” um no I’m not. & when I tell him that he just stays in silence.

SCAM. After accumulating over 20,000 points, they refuse to honor anything. The store owners don't even know how to redeem the points, then have the audacity to tell me I need to add money first. I have over $20 worth of points, but they want me to pay to use them!
