Maybe don't follow people out to their cars after not buying anything. To the old man there that did, I hope you feel ridiculous. I was gonna let you check my car as a courtesy because this has been my neighborhood 711 my entire life, but you wanted to act tough then run away when I rolled down my window.
I've been coming to this 711 for as long as I've had memory. Anybody else there could have told you not to waste your time. Check those cameras before you call the cops my dude, all I'm saying haha

Whoever owns or manages this store REALLY needs to make some changes. I have been going to this store for over 35 years and I can say I have never been more
disappointed than right now.
Place is dirty and the staff are absolutely awful. I usually visit at night and Saturday night (11/1/2024 at approximately 10:30), I reached my limit.
I entered the store and got ignored like usual. Approached the counter while employee (guy #1) was counting an unsecured till on the counter behind the hot food (wings and pizza) display.
Stood there and waited with zero acknowledgment from the employee.
A second employee (guy #2) came from the restroom and he didn't notice me until other guy #1 said to help me. Again, no one has said a word to me yet.
I told guy #2 that I wanted a carton of cigarettes, at which time he attempted to ring it up but ended up scanning it 5 times.
I put my rewards phone number into the computer and thought I was almost done with my purchase. Guy #2 ended up messing up the order and voided the sale. STILL, no one has said a word to me.
Guy #2 calls guy #1 over and (in a language I don't understand) I assume tells him what happened. Both men sit and stare at the receipt and still say nothing to me. Guy #1 then rings up the cigarettes, and I start to put my rewards phone number in again at which point guy #1 says "No, no) and shakes his finger at me. Both men stood there staring at the receipts again and guy #1 voided the transaction. Guy #1 (looking completely perplexed) again rings up the cigarettes and again I go to put my number in, and again he say "No".
The ONLY word that had been spoken to me the this whole time is "No".
In not so nice words, I asked guy #1 what was going on, still got no response. I then asked both men to ring me up and fix their computer issue after I was gone. Still no response. Told them they were on my time, not the other way around. Still no response.
Again, guy #1 rings up the cigarettes and I told him that "If you scan the cigarettes again and don't check me out, you are going to lose this sale." AGAIN nothing was said to me. Guy #1 then voids the sale, at which time I turned and headed to the door. As I was walking out, one of the men started saying "Sir, Sir..", at which time I turned and said "No, you had your chances. You lost a $100 sale".
Sadly a lot of this is what I have come to expect at 7-11's all over because of the employees they hire, but this store in particular is frustrating because I have been shopping here my whole life.
7-11 REALLY NEEDS TO GET A GRIP ON THIS STORE and teach their employees good customer service. Especially when it comes to them ignoring you like always.

I just walked out the store at 11:10. The lady working the register was rude and never hopped off her phone to assist me or anyone else. She then looked irritated when I was telling her what I needed from her side of the counter. Will not be returning.

The cashier printed my lotto ticket purchase before I fully explained what I wanted. Then was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to get my correct ticket. He refused to print my correct ticket. Won't be coming here again. Extremely miserable and rude cashier.

If you pay with cash at this location make sure you Double check your change, The cashiers always play d*** and keep part of it.
