This gas station is a SCAM!! Half of the pumps are out of service and the ones that are working showed prices 10% higher than the ones that are broken. They deliberately put the lower price(which you will never get since they are only on broken pumps) on GasBuddy and google and then you will realize it’s a bait and switch game when you get there. Avoid!

I paid for a crash when I got gas. The car wash covered my car with soap and then stopped. When I went back inside they said oh that happens. Have me my money back. But my car was still covered with rainbow soap.I had to pay $25 across the street to get it actually washed.#7/11failed

Don’t use the car wash here. The soap doesn’t work, the washers for don’t spin properly, the hood to roof washer doesn’t lower, and there’s rats that scurried off when I drove into the wash bay.

This store is the closest to my house, I’m super tired of going to get a slurpee, and 80% of the flavors are not ready or no longer available. They have 6 different tanks, and there’s never more than 2 flavors available at any given time. Kinda sick of it. I always have to settle for a different flavor than I wanted.

I'm glad this is my hometown 7/11. Sure they're are other stores in my area, but I always go to this one because of the service and the people. Even if its out of my way, I make sure to stop at this one! Sincerely Mike Robinson

The overall experience was disappointing . While the adjacent vicinity of the gas pump was slick with ice making it dangerous to walk on , the kiosk pump would only allow the' pay inside ' at the cashier desk. The cashier pretty much shrugged off the ice and told me to pump gas at my own risk. Could do better with customer service for sure.

The driver was great. The rest of the order was so so, and 711 didn't even have all my merchandise. I still don't know if I'm going to get a refund on that or not

The guy was very rude he didn’t give me the discount for the Gatorade‘s when I questioned him about it he said sorry there’s nothing I can do for you you already purchased. When I asked him for his name he immediately said get out of my store I asked him why he was being so rude he said I don’t have to answer to you get out of my store now. I will be pressing charges against the store !

If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased a sparkling water $1.29 and was charged the wrong price $1.59. When I brought it to the attendants attention he began to argue with me over the price. Then he proceeded to tell me he put it there because there was no room. This was a mistake made by the attendant not the customer. He didn't apologize or give the price posted. He just said oh well it's $1.59. The price wasn't the issue it's the treatment of customers buying from your store that's ridiculous ? please try customer service training it's much needed. I also have a picture of the product and the posted price.

I’m literally shaking!!! The cashier is very nasty and racist!!!! Received very POOR customer service!!! You should hire staff that knows how to treat/talk to customers. Definitely will be going to Quiktrip which is right across the street and treats their customers right. IM DISGUSTED WITH 7-Eleven!!!
