This is not the closest 7-Eleven to my house and I drive out of my way to go here. The staff here is super friendly and the shelves are always stocked. Consistently the best 7-Eleven I’ve been to.

I moved here to Plano in 2020 with my daughter. This has been our go to spot for everything literally. The staff they have there has been really amazing. The owners are just as awesome. You can tell they do their best to pick out great workers. I have gone at all times of the day night and they have been so helpful and welcoming, especially at times when I’ve felt so miserable due to some health issues.. they genuinely care it’s the little things- ask how I am feeling and doing, engage in nice conversation - TK also goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized along with the other cashiers. I’ve been short on $ and without hesitation gentleman offered to pay difference since he knows I’d be back etc he did not make me feel uncomfortable and those little details me The croissants are super flaky and fresh at 7am and I look forward to going to my 7/11 everyday! Keep up the great work, you all are appreciated!

I come to this location a lot. During the day and at night. Today 5/30/24 at 2:40 am I came. The guy working couldn’t even stop his conversation on the phone to check me out. I get it’s the middle of the night but stop your conversation while someone is checking out. I give you that consideration give me the same. I normally feel comfortable coming to this location after work but I won’t be coming back to this location after tonight.

I met a new employee today, can't check out? I often go to buy cigarettes and enter my mobile phone number to get a discount. I asked him if he can’t enter his mobile phone number? He said he would not be very patient, and finally the old staff came to pay me the bill. The new staff were not good in quality and talked too much, so I didn’t like it.

This location (Hedgcoxe & Ohio, Plano, TX) is my local 7-11 right across the street from where I live. The owners are amazing and friendly and they always have what I am looking for. The food is always hot and fresh and they have a great assortment of anything you could ever want for food and snacks. Highly recommend this location for sure!

The white guy who works nights as the cashier is definitely on drugs…. Very uncomfortable experience the last 2 times. Won’t be coming back. Really sketchy :/

May 12. 2022. The night 11pm guy was wired on drugs. He needs help. I was talking to my friends and he came outside to talk to me and friends. Wired. THIS GUY WAS WIRED. And on drugs.he needs help. And he was harassing me and friends.
