This 7-11 is by far one of the worst locations I’ve ever been in. The most rude and inconsiderate staff. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place earns every bit of it. This was a former RaceTrac and RaceTrac ran this location very well. 7-11 leaves a stain on you forever walking into this store and 7-11 does zero to fix it.

It's very dirty in the women's and men's toilets, it's just disgusting, it's impossible to go to the toilet at these gas stations.

The man working the front counter lacks customer service skills and doesn't know how to speak to people. Many of the gas pumps were not working and were canceling transactions, thus making everybody go inside to pay. I went inside to let them know about this issue and he proceeded to tell me it was my fault and there was nothing he could do.

Just left this location and the girl at the counter clearly is not happy about being at work today. Terrible customer service, SERENA.

Ms. Bre and her staff are nothing short of incredible. They are consistently friendly and helpful, and I regularly look forward to starting my day interacting with them. The store is clean and well kept, and the merchandising and displays are immaculate. I've been sluggin slurpees for 25 years now, and this is the best 7/11 I've ever been to. Bravo.

The gas isn't working at a gas station? And the employees are putting up decorations instead of helping resolve the issue?Was simply told no gas and we don't know when it will be back on. Why is this store even open for business wasting money.

Staff not cool at all. Went to buy a tornado and dude had the nerve to tell me it wasn’t done yet and I need to pay attention next time. I said “how was I supposed to know if it was done?” He says “didn’t you touch it to tell?” Of course not! I used the tongs provided!

JaMarcus the clerk was very unpleasant and lacks customer service skills. He should spend less time playing on his phone and clean or restock as half the options for morning coffee wasn't even an option due to machines not being ready. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
