I went to this store to ask for return an item which is wrongly scanned by employee and he said can't return item because he doesn't no how to do it and he requested to comeback in the morning to get refund and he gave the receipt too, but when I went for refund the old guy is too rude and I asked how you people are trained then he asked me to get out of the store , I can't believe he said to a regular customer like this if there is a store manager for this store train your staff properly and how to deal with customers. The worst employee I never ever seen in my life. And I'm going forward this in 7 eleven official.

I wish I could give 0 stars please do not shop here the owner so he says is steeling money from debit cards.... I purchased gas that went through with a receipt he then canceled and made me swipe 2 more times which then took more money off and I'm showing him my bank balance of my funds being subtracted by 7eleven... he said he did not care and as soon as I threatened to call the police my money came back on my card.... be aware

I stoped here from time to time I found 7-eleven potatoes chips. Sal and pepper is something good. The customer service is outstanding. I will full sure come back and used my app again. You can save at this location.

There is the sweetest woman who works here. She is always so friendly and complementary and just fantastic. Today I went to grab my coworker a drink he wanted while getting gas, they didn’t have it. Concerned when I was leaving she asked and RAN to check for me. She found the drink I wanted in the back and was just beyond kind. It’s these little things that get overlooked and I just had to rave about her. I love this 7-eleven because of her! She makes my day every visit!

I want to send a HUGE thank you to the kind & attentive attendant who went out of her way to find an item in the back stock that was out in the drink cooler. She truly exemplified great customer service!

Very rude behavior, the old man at front even though we’re at the counter ready to checkout he is doing his work. We waited for sometime and finally called him almost 4 to 5 times. He finally then looked at us and said “don’t you have eyes, can’t you see what I am doing”. I never had this kind of response in any other gas stations (even in local once) except in 7- eleven. I don’t understand how 7-eleven is even hiring or surviving with the employees having such behavior. I am never going again to this store.

This 7-Eleven location has gone downhill lately. It used to be clean, i had to wash my hands and the restroom was nasty! No hot water and no paper towels. Also the cashier was rude and snappy when I just showed him my app to redeem my rewards. He acted like HE was paying for it...smh. The customer service needs to improve!
