The customer service was AWFUL, and the owner actually charged me more just because I was driving a nice car. He even had the nerve to tell me straight to my face that I shouldn’t be bargaining because of the car I drive. Instead of politely saying the price was firm, he chose to be rude. I’d recommend staying far away from this place.

Reading the reviews, I understand where people are coming from. This place doesn't specialize in smiles from ear to ear where you're treated like a king. But you know what they do specialize in? Cheap, efficient, and fair service. They won't over charge you and will give you exactly the work you ask for. Been going here for half a decade. Prices haven't changed at all in that time. I won't be leaving anytime soon.

Please listen to me and the other people! When I tell you I literally HATE this place I HATE it. This is the worse tire shop I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been here 2-3 times and every time was an issue. I tried to give them chances due to them being close to my house but I am DONE! You will pull up they will look at your plenty times, talk to each other, talk on the phone, smoke and still not approach you to figure out what you’re there for. The service is incredibly slow! I asked them if they had my tire size they insisted yes. I looked and it was not the tire size I wanted. (I get that your car can be compatible with different sized tires but I like my car to have all 4 tires the same size at least) due to me having to be to work I just left it how it was but I would never return back here for business EVER!

I was on the way out of town for work and my front end began severely shaking. I googled Discount tire and was led to this place. I tell the owner or whomever he was about my issue and he immediately states that my tires need to be balanced. I disagree with him because I had it done a couple of weeks ago and also I had driven my car that morning with no issues. Anyway, they didn’t drive the car or do any type of assessment. 1 tire was off a little and the other front tire was fine. I was charged $20 although one didn’t need to be balanced! I leave and get on the freeway and the problem is even worse! Worst customer service ever!! I will never use this place again!!

EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
I went there to get a tire repair today. The owner said the tire was not repairable and told me to buy a used tire from them. I told the owner respectfully that I would like to spend a little bit more to buy a new tire instead since it would last longer. He got offended by my response and from there everything went downhill. His attitude changed and he got extremely rude. I even told him that we're very old customers and my family has serviced multiple cars with them over the years. He instead said, he didn't want our business and even started yelling and cursing. It got so heated that his employees got in our faces to start a fight. Luckily my brother called the cops and these guys finally backed off.
Will never go there or recommend them to anyone again.

called for pricing on a battery and the man who answers the phone goes “triple A??” *ignored I proceed to ask how much for a battery and gave my car year make and model and he goes “ around 181” I asked if he was guessing or if thats the forsure price and he sighs and says “whats the year of your vehicle” 😃 I hung up. Please put someone competent at the desk to answer the phones.

They should be lucky they are getting 2 stars at all. Former customer here. They are capable at what they do having serviced both of my vehicles over the years without any problem.
However, their customer service and general demeanor with customers is downright horrible. I do not appreciate when the owner himself is yelling over the phone to my family member berating them on their lack of speaking English when it was just a matter of confirming if the vehicle is ready.
Totally unacceptable, they have lost my buisness.
