STERLIN lies to customers.
AMEX excepted, displayed all over the building, a reason I went there. I go to pay and STERLIN says no we don't except AMEX. He calls someone and then says yeah we can't take AMEX now. Then STERLIN continues to take calls and ignores me as I sit at his desk right in front of him. Then he completely lies to a customer on the phone telling her that her fuse box is shot and it's burnt. But seconds later the technician came in and said it's all fine the fuse box is okay and he was mad at STERLIN for lying the customer. Does STERLIN make commission? I had to wait 2 hours before I could get my wife to bring me another card so I could pay. Now I'm worried I got things fixed that didn't need fixed. Don't trust anything STERLIN says. I did talk to the shop workers and they were honest and they cared and didn't seem to like STERLIN WARD. He needs to go and let the workers take over that care.
Im updating my review. I’ll give credit when it’s due. They did take down all the AMEX signage. I noticed because I had to go back because there was a rattling noise, they fixed that the same day at no charge. The Jeep at this point is running great. Just a small word of advice just spend $300-$500 to clean/update your waiting area and office, a little depressing sitting in there.

I had a transmission go out on me last year and Chris/whoever did the work, got it rebuilt and on the road pretty quick. Unfortunately it failed a few months later and they warranty the work and had to rebuild it again. Fast forward to today, it's failing again and I'm slightly over the 12k mileage warranty. I decided to take it to another shop and the torque converter failed again and the transmission needs to be completely replaced. I will say Chris told me to take it up there so they can look at it and see what they could do, but just don't feel like this would be the answer for me again. 2 times rebuilding the transmission and to look at it again, Im not sure would give me a better result. Chris is a nice guy and patient with you. However, I'm very unsatisfied with the quality of work their mechanic did on this transmission. I'm just speaking to my experience. Chris customer service skills are fine, quality of work done for my situation, didn't get delivered Unfortunately.

We originally brought our van in for transmission repair and would have been our first time working with this repair shop. Chris Was extremely patient with us as we had to move our appointment around a number of times! Once we brought it in for them to look at, they were extremely honest about what they found, or in this case didn't find. I appreciated them being transparent with the condition of the transmission and the fact we didn't need the work I thought it might have needed. We took it back in for our first oil change today with them, and appreciate the friendly and welcoming environment! Highly recommend if you were looking for a solid and honest repair shop!

Transmission in my car went out on trip from Houston to Kansas and the team at this shop was phenomenal, particularly Chris (manager). They understood my situation and handled it with complete professionalism and compassion for my stress. Chris' kindness to this senior is so very much appreciated. Wish I could give ten stars.

This company is full with nothing but crooks, paid 5k for transmission service just to have my truck taken because the same transmission went out 2 months later and was stuck with another 5k bill. Then truck was sold with my plates on it and now whoever the new crook is, is running up tolls and doing whatever under my name. Now reporting stolen plates, call the company and they are very unprofessional people. I'd give them a NEGATIVE star if it was available. Terrible place

I took my Hyundai sonata 2015 in and was greeted with a smile. Chris the manager was very knowledgeable and communicated with me every step of the way. I paid a fair price and they serviced the vehicle quickly! Would recommend!

I don’t go to any other shop because the quality of work Chris and his team do. They fixed the custom lighting on my truck and all the wiring is neatly hidden
