I like Michael's approach with detecting other problems and offering so solve them for a reasonable price. I'm sure that after the service made car systems which were treated won't be a problem for a long period of time. For example when I changed exhaust Michael detected the actual problem with a motor mount which was caused my flex pipe to break. That was a step behind regular service. Nice work!

We got in the Jeep this morning with lots of big plans. An “Autostart Stop” error plus a battery error later, we started looking for some place to help us out. Every place we called was going to need to keep our Jeep for at least two days in order to diagnose and repair. On a recommendation from another Shop we checked with Absolute Auto Group in Wylie. Even with a late afternoon arrival, they were able to work us into their schedule, complete the repairs and send us on our way. I would recommend Absolute Auto Group to anyone needing automotive service.

The suspension was warn out and making all sorts of popping sounds on my 2006 ford super crew 4wd. I went to several different places to get a quote to replace every part on the front suspension, rear shocks, flush fluid in the rear, front differential, transfer case and 4 wheel alignment. They were over $1,000 cheaper than the next quote. Dropped it off on Wednesday morning, it was ready to be picked up the next day at 2 pm. It drives like a new truck, couldn’t be happier. They have a customer for life. Thank you Absolute Auto Group.

The shop is very professional on my services.
My 2007 Lexus needs to change the front struts, and also need to change all 6 spark plugs. They gave me very reasonable price, and told me details on which choice I can have.
It’s super fast and got my car fixed. The car drives better than before.
Their waiting area is clean and their services are great! Those people are professionals! Definite will come back.

They kept my car over a year and it looked as though it had been sitting up the whole time. Not sure if they even test drove it because they brakes were barely stopping. I was lied to every week about when it would be ready. It was always something. Had to take it somewhere else to control arms and brakes done. Never ever again. Door lights not working. After a year I expected to see it in much better shape.

I took my Military Humvee here and it stay for over 5 months while Todd gave me detailed lies about progress being made..
No work was ever done.
Todd is a pathological liar that NO control over the lying. He went into extraordinary detail about work that was never done.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING
Probably most of these positive reviews are fake and lies as well. That is how they operate

The workshop I visited while passing through Texas. But the people served me very quickly and fixed the problems quite quickly and inexpensively. very friendly people, hospitable and doing their work efficiently, this is a rarity in the modern world.
