Poor customer relations.Purchased an item and requested review if it was a part that would fit my vehicle. They said its compatible so I purchased it. Turns out it is NOT compatible and the manufacturer FRAM has a less than user friendly website to cross reference this.Tried to return the incompatible part but it would not be accepted without a receipt.Showed them my purchase history on the card I used but they still would not accept. They could have reviewed their historical transactions as it was just purchased yesterday too. But still no sense of resolution seeking effort by them. Just an outright “No.”Stupid me for trusting their compatibility verification and me throwing away the receipt thinking I would be Satisfied with my purchase.Dont go here for general automotive advice or even automotive parts knowledge as they will lie to your face just to seem knowledgeable. If you end up purchasing here, make sure to hold on to the receipt.Dallas is lacking in the customer relations department.

My late mother purchased a car battery for my brother in 2021. I don't have a car that can jump start my brother's car and his battery seemed to be dead, so we brought the battery to this store. The guy behind the counter said the battery was dead, so he'll have to charge it then test it and it would be about 35-45 minutes. We left and came back and he told us the battery was bad, but we didn't have proof of purchase. He told us that because they're an older store, we'd have to call the original store we bought it from and they'd be able to help us. We came back two days later after we called the original store and the guy behind the counter said that they might be able to help, but they need the manager. We came back about an hour or two later and the manager helped us out. Initially the battery was reading as "good" but he noticed the voltage was too low and got the battery replaced under warranty with the information we got from calling the original store. I was expecting to be out $200+ for a new battery but we got it replaced under warranty. It seems like the employees here really do care and want to help people out and that goes a long way with me as far as returning to the store for future auto needs.

I swore I wouldn't go back here. Well, I did and bought a defective set of spark plug wires. I troubleshot tons of issues and did tons of unnecessary work as a result. Took them in for a refund and got told no refund on electrical parts. These are wires. Defective wires. Unreal what the people and this company pulls. If you can put up with what works there, just know this company has the most restrictive return policy in the industry. AutoZone and O'Reilly's don't have that kind of restrictions. Just this sorry outfit.

They just hired people that don't speak English or don't want to work. On the phone for an hour and still ain't been helped . Called back 5 times . Said stay on hold. If y'all got people in there that don't want to work then just fire them simple as that. Don't even leave reviews but this one I had to let people know.

Used the App and placed my order and was able to pick up within 30 minutes and was in and out with online discount. Associates were helpful and friendly when I came to get my order and with no wait!

One of employees in the location tried not to redeem a warranty on the bad battery I bought two years ago, which have three years warranty. Then I went to another store to redeem it.

I found this place as I was looking for a UPS drop off for an Amazon return. I called and asked what a “UPS access point” was since that was a new term and WAS inside an auto parts place. Sure enough, after chatting w the manager, I was able to drop off my package there and also buy a needed auto item. Which is the whole point of why the owners of the shop decided to become an access point. Sometimes the package people actually buy auto stuff before they leave. Clever!

The sales counter person does not care, what I had to say, and said so to me! This was not a young person and had an attitude that I had no knowledge that could have helped him.
