Kerri was amazing!!! She was so helpful I lost the key to my storage I was panicking. She was so cool calm and collected. She was able to get me in my unit and provide me with a new lock. Thank you Kerri and Advantage storage Plano.

I used Advantage Storage in Plano 9 years ago and it was a great experience then, so I came back to them to rent another unit in 2025. They’ve got even more to offer now and are still awesome. I met with Alex in the office who was professional, helpful and just awesome in general to meet with. He explained everything thoroughly, was very patient with my questions and even gave me a tour of the entire property. He was an example of the kind of rep EVERY company should have “on their front line” dealing with customers. The facility as well is very well kept and professional. Completely impressed and very happy 🙌🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Keri, the manager, was very helpful in resolving my issue with billing. She was prompt, polite and helpful. We have used this facility for over 10 years and it is always clean and good temperature with nice lighting and security.

Best of the best storage facilities! I run a moving company and refer all of my clients to Advantage! Customer service is amazing, super clean and well kept facilities as well! Cannot recommend enough!!!

They abuse the credit card on file by charging more than agreed. Please be advised, even when they charge more and they admit they have made a mistake, they refuse to reimburse you. We have been good tenants for almost a decade and, in the last year, have been abusive financially.
