They were personable, professional and wonderful to work with. I couldn't be happier with how the move went. Will definitely call All Star Van lines again for any of my future moving needs!

The All Star Team moved us from Prosper, TX to Panama City Beach, FL. David and his team did a great job of getting us loaded on Monday and unloaded on Wednesday. They worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied with the placement of furniture and boxes.Would recommend them to any one.John Nicholson

I would like to start with that this is my worst experience with a business in my 47 years of life. I usually do not write reviews, but I feel strongly that everyone should know that your furniture and house is at risk if you use this company. And they will not reimburse you fully for the repairs or damaged furniture.Aurthur F came out to our house to review the needs of our move. He promised us a team of professionals who would handle our furniture and home with care and use hanger boxes for all our hanging clothes. This was not the case. The team of four showed up two and a half hours late on the first day. They were already sweating from been sent on a job early in the morning. We were supposed to start between 7 and 9 as this was supposed to be a two day move. One of the team members did not speak English, the crew leader on him were frequently frustrated with each other. I would have to get google translate out to help them communicate in order to get the first part of the move done that day. I expected to leave between 5 and 7 p.m. to start the drive to our new home. They were supposed to clean after they were done but since they were running so late, I cleaned as I had to take pictures of the empty house as we sold to Open Door. We finished at 10 p.m., they were loading my items in the dark on the truck and just throwing stuff on there. They did not wrap our fridge or outside furniture as it was getting late, which I did not see until they arrived at our new home. I confirmed with them they were to arrive in Arkansas around 1 p.m. the next day and they said yes.The next day they showed up at the new home at 5:30 p.m. with two different members. The crew looked exhausted and said they were sent by their operations manager to another job that morning. We expected our furniture to be unloaded ton that day and so we did not have beds or anything. We asked them to unload some furniture into our garage in order to get to the beds and told them to come back in the morning. They agreed as they were exhausted. In the morning, after they started unloading is when we started to notice all the damage to the furniture, tvs, mirrors and artwork. We took pictures of everything. On top of many pieces being damaged, they were damaging our brand-new home as they were bringing the larger items in. The two new people seemed to have very little experience in moving and seemed to have been taken off the street and the two of the crew who remained the same could not communicate as I still had to use google translate to get them to understand each other. They caused so much damage to our new house, I asked them to stop bringing furniture in and place it in the garage. My wife had a mental breakdown and had to leave because of all the damage. They finished unloading and left only after 5 hours, it took over 10 hours to load the truck. We went in to survey the damage and found damage to the new wood floor where they dragged broken furniture across the floor. They broke the dry wall in the entry way, damaged the wood stairs going up to the second floor and put many more dents, scraches, and marks in the walls all over the house. All told I had to replace all the outside furniture, 3-bedroom sets, 2 tvs, 2 mirrors, artwork and lamps which we will receive very little reimbursement from them. It cost $7kk out of pocket to replace it all.In regard to the house damage, I have spent 2 and a half months calling 10 businesses to get 5 estimates. Setting up walkthroughs on multiple days. Always being told by All-Start Van Lines that the repairs are too expensive for our brand new home and we needed to get it lower. They have offered only a partial amount to fix the thousands of dollars needed to repair the home. This is still not resolved as they refuse to pay full repair costs.

I cannot say enough good things about my cross-country move experience with All Star Van Lines. I moved from Texas to Tennessee and after due diligence checking I hired All Star Van Lines to handle packing all my possessions including treasured glass ware, mirrors, antiques, art, furniture, clothing and personal items--everything. From the packing, to the loading, the transportation, delivery and unloading, everything was timely, properly executed, priced right, and each of the employees involved were a joy to work with. From the beginning to the end everything was handled professionally with actual care and concern and unloaded into the new house without incident. Considering my experience, I highly recommend not wasting time and feel secure and confident in having All Star Van Lines handle your moving needs. Worked well for me and worth every penny!

All Star Van Lines are absolutely horrible in every way possible when it comes to moving your property and your valuables. I hired All Star to pack, store and move my entire household and paid them very well for that effort. What I didn't expect was how careless, wreck less and disrespectful their employees and entire organization would treat me and my possessions. Immediately a clock was broken and apparently that was funny to the movers. On top of that they did not pack up everything and left an entire room untouched that I had to return and pack on my own. They also left and antique toy fire truck that was very valuable high upon a ledge. I was recovering from surgery and asked them to go back to get it. The foreman did in fact get the truck and texted me confirmation. The only problem was he STOLE it and I never saw it again. Jason at All Star could care less. He won't replace or pay for items that his employees STOLE from (again I can prove this). Next step was delivery of my furniture and possession which went fairly smoothly other than some damaged items and a broken TV. Listen, I understand things can get bumped, damaged, broken ok. What I dont understand is Jason and Misty at ALL Star telling me too bad. I never asked for money. I asked for the damaged tables to be repaired, the TV to be replaced and the STOLEN items to be replaced. Instead, Jason is offering me the following:65 inch TV - $30 ($1200 value), Antique toy that his employee stole - $12 ($1100 value), Broken wall clock - $12 ($200 value). He has zero empathy or remorse for lost, broken or STOLEN items and his only response is "this is all I'm legally obligated to do" Oh yeah on top of that it's been 5 months and I still don't have a check for the above settlement because I won't sign a waiver stating I won't post honest reviews or press charges for stolen items. Yes that's right Jason Elmore and All Star Van Lines is trying to force me to sign a waiver that says "agree to refrain from posting any negative feedback about our services online or file and lawsuites" in order to pay the above amounts for damaged and STOLEN items. Im happy to share pics, texts and emails proving ALL the above. Jason Elmore and Misty Way with ALL Star Van Lines are dishonest and cold hearted. PS. I have asked upper management to respond or call but either they don't care or Misty and Jason have done a great job of blocking that communication. My gut tells me that this is a top down attitude and the ownership doesn't care about anything other than $$$$.5/1/23 Update on Review. To date All Star has not even reimbursed the $162 they are claiming. Zero $$ has been issued to date so I have been forced to file a police report. Jason and Misty at All Star continue to lie regarding the handling of this situation. I have filed with the BBB and police.

Where to start, where to start. This move took place in July 2022.We were promised the highest quality move where we could just sit back and sip tea while their professional movers took care of everything, packed things carefully and made short work of the whole process. This turned into one of the worst experiences we could have possibly imagined with over 11 people in our home, poorly coordinated, throwing stuff in boxes in random fashion, some wrapped, some not. They took the poorly packed boxes and did an equally poor job of figuring out the best way to load the trucks. We were assured that all of our possessions would fit in the two trucks - they did not.We had furniture broken, antique lamps broken, tools thrown in boxes, assorted other items dumped into boxes, mattresses not wrapped, floral arrangements crammed into boxes with other random items, just generally a careless and haphazard attempt at packing.Among the issues:1) a antique lamp that was carefully packed was UNPACKED by the team and thrown into another box and broken.2) the leaf for the dining room table broken3) assorted tools broken4) almost 3/4 of the approximately 30 wardrobe boxes marked as "Master Closet" that contained a wide variety of items that were nowhere near the "Master Closet"5) Discovery of every box that is unpacked something that is careless, broken, etc.6) several items that they just didn't pack because they got tired7) nothing in our storage unit that was taken because the trucks were over filled. If you really feel the need to use these clowns - pack it all yourselves and pray to God they can figure out how to load it without damage or disaster. They kept telling us - let us know what's broken and we'll make it right.... yeah, the only way to make this right is to refund half of our money and it might be close to right.Update - the response from the owner should be your final warning. Excuses , half-truths and a complete lack of ownership of the results of their "professional movers".I like the comment that we didn't show them "everything" when they came to do the quote... they walked the entire house, every room and closet. Sorry they're not very good at estimating the size of the job they sign up for by their own admission. If we can help one person going through a move to avoid the disastrous results these guys inflicted it will be good enough.
