Went in to get my Bissell mop vac. worked on...Recall... Gentleman was super nice answered all our questions...We had bought a Vacuum from them 12 years ago... Bought new bags... Will be picking up my Bissell one day next week...Have had nothing but Great service anytime we've been in and bought from them...Will post a review next week when I get my call to pick up my Bissell...Candy S.

Went out of their way to repair my 'Spot Lifter' ...were friendly, efficient and extremely well priced Just happened to go there after another vacuum cleaner business to me they couldn't help...thank you very much for your help because it's nice to see someone who still believes in customer service no matter how small the job

Great experience. I have a Bissell that wasn't getting enough suction, they checked it in quickly and within 2 days I had it back repaired. Super friendly staff!

My central vacuum lost suction right before Christmas, so I called All Vac for service. They were very nice and professional they explained exactly there process and fees up front. Brian the technician called me before he came, after he arrived and inspected the system he explained and showed us the problem. We installed our system about five years ago and is in excellent condition but the company that installed the system forgot to glue together PVC pipes (the can of glue still left in the attic)for the hide a hose in the attic which caused the issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL VAC they are very honest and professional. I will be using them from now on.

My Bissell Steam Mop broke less than year of use. I wasn’t even sure what happened. This shop seem to be closer than all the other authorized service repair listed on the Bissell site. Teresa was very nice and helpful. I called in and dropped my steam mop on the same day I called. She opened the door to help me since I had my 18month baby with me. They kept me updated on the status of my repair order. They got the entire mop replaced with a new one. They sent a text message in less than two weeks of dropping off the broken one which was great!
