I wanted to get business cards printed where I already submitted online the logo (.ai and .eps files), and all the information that needed to be printed on the cards. I also received the quote online. Before I ordered the cards, as suggested by them, I went to their store to check the samples. I talked to an elderly lady and I believe her name was Alisha. She seems very irritated and bothered by dealing with a customer - me. She constantly said things like 'I don't know what you ordered', 'I don't know what you were quoted', 'I don't know what you want', 'Hayley is busy', 'You should know what you want', 'I don't know......, ' and so on. She seemed to have no interest in guiding or providing any service. I finally said 'Have a nice day' and walked out.
