Came into this branch location earlier for a simple bank endorsement on a check from our insurance company. Check was made out to myself and my wife. I presented my i.d. which matches the names AND address on the check to be endorsed and after some initial hesitation from a staffer, was told that I could've taken the check without permission of my wife's acknowledgement. I was told they wouldn't endorse the check and I informed her this wasn't an issue six weeks ago at their location on NW Highway, for triple the amount. Was then told that branch was not operating u drr company policy. Which was extremely rude.I also had to ask for my check four times, to be returned to me, having to get louder before it was finally handed back to me.Extremely rude and ignorant, if not racist staff.

My last experience at this branch was the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get a debit card as I have never received my card in the mail. The teller said their were no bankers available and that I’d have to wait which was understandable. I asked if she could ask how long the wait might be as I would need to leave soon to get my kids from school. I had 30-45 minutes to spare. She never left the teller area to ask she immediately helped the next person in line.(She seemed really irritable and smirked as if she was on something… I’m not sure but she was acting weird) The next person in line started getting loud with her and the branch manager at this point I had been waiting about 20 minutes. I went over to the counter and asked if anyone was going to give me a timeframe so that my issue would be resolved. The branch manager thought that I was with the gentleman who came after me. She had a tone that was unsettling as she said, “we are trying to resolve his issue.” I stated that I came before him and just wanted to know how long I’d have to wait to receive assistance. She apologized when she realized we weren’t together because of our skin color. The young man at the counter was upset because they wouldn’t allow him to withdraw funds with his passport in which the teller laughed at him and he told the branch manager how unprofessional it was to have her laughing as he was trying to withdraw his funds. Still not giving me a timeframe after waiting another 10 minutes with no help I left. I will never go this location again!!!

I love my Amegy Branch Bank. When I encountered an online glitch, there was an immediate invitation for me to come in and look for answers with staff members. The employees advocated and problem-solved with me. They listened to my concerns and went beyond expectations creating simplified and trouble-free solutions. A*B* scores a '5' on customer service and financial expertise. The employees collaborated their services to bring my day to a very happy ending. Will return! Smiling in Carrollton :)

Currently changed banks for business account. And love the personal attention from the staff as some banks don’t care to even pick up the phone when you have questions about account. . Very helpful, thankful for educating me in some new stuff I learned so very appreciate it. I trust them and excited to grow with them!

Not a good service oriented bank. Manager is long on promises but short on execution. Decision making takes a long time, service is slow.
