This by far has been the best experience at a dental office. Everyone is so nice and caring, you can tell that they love working there. I’ve never met an assistant like Natalee. She is kind, caring, and personal. God Bless her and Dr. Kunduru. I enjoy going to the dentist now with this team.

No one likes to go to the dentist. But, Aspen Dental is different. This was the best experience I could have asked for! Natalee and Lydia made my dental sessions so effortless. They talked to you like you are a friend, and they really cared about my journey to dentures. The doctor also was so attentive and friendly as well. You really need to give this a try, if you’re considering dentures. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about Aspen, but I’m here to say, they made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the entire process.

Renu was wonderful helping us over the phone, Lydia explained everything in detail so we understood what she was doing and Mia was amazing at helping us understand the payment process and was able to help us find the best way to get what we needed but stay within the budget that we have. I chose Aspen Dental for two reasons: it is very close to where I live and I trusted the name. Now that I have become a patient I can tell you what a great choice I made. The staff there is amazing, so kind and caring while maintaining a completely professional attitude. Another mark in their favor is the affordable prices.

I visited Aspen Dental on 06/19/2024 for a routine cleaning, fully covered by my insurance as preventive care. I chose this office due to its convenient location, but the experience was frustrating.
After an uncomfortable x-ray session, I was taken to the finance coordinator’s office, where she informed me I’d need to pay $490 out-of-pocket for the cleaning. I explained that my insurance covered routine preventive care and firmly stated that I wouldn’t proceed if any payment was required. After recalculating, she confirmed my balance was $0, assuring me that only the covered cleaning would be performed.
Despite this, the office split the cleaning into two visits, calling it a “deep cleaning,” even though the hygienist mentioned it could have been completed in one. This extra step felt like an unnecessary attempt to inflate the insurance claim.
Weeks later, I received an unexpected $180 bill, which was then sent to a collection agency, impacting my credit. I felt deceived by the billing practices, as they seemed more focused on generating revenue than on patient care.
In over 25 years of regular dental visits, I’ve never required a “deep cleaning” for routine care until this visit. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this Aspen Dental location and will not return in the future.
