This store has the best Reps I ever encountered!!!🫶🏽👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
They reversed the negative, and unprofessional experience I had with the customer service-CS guys on phone (MOST OF THEM S*UCKS, not all though).
Today, as my day1 with AT&T, after porting 4 lines, and buying 2 new phones, it was hell at trying to activate the 4 lines and 2 phones. I got transferred to multiple depts while on the phone/chat with CS guys for over 6hrs. Went into the 1st AT&Tstore to resolve it, but they couldn't.
Until I went to this AT&T store on Central Pkwy, Plano, and met with Victor and Desiree. Despite the frustration from my wife and I, they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They unraveled the errors made by the AT&T CS guy, and took time to undo the mess, they even stayed past their opening hours for us.
Victor and Desiree, thanks for the excellent service, and apologies for the venting.🙏🏽🫶🏽

Called them to inquire about upgrading STATING I had intention to come upgrade and the worker there (she didn’t give her name or really any introductory speech when answering the phone) told me that’s fine as long as I had time to wait for data transfer, I get to the store no more then 30 min after this call and am told they cannot do upgrades to power issues. So unless power just randomly stopped working in the entire store exactly 30 min before I got there, they could’ve mentioned that to me. I’m leaving them a one star because EVERYTIME I’ve tried to upgrade at an ATT corp store they have a reason why they cannot and it’s so unbelievably frustrating. Wasted my time even driving over there. Just pure laziness and lack of care from staff who get paid to play on cell phones and tablets all day. Bogus asf

I’ve been a customer at this location for over 20 years. I bought an iPhone 15 for my daughter last November. While I was there, I wanted to buy a privacy glass screen protector for my iPhone 12, but they didn’t have any. I was told that I could buy it elsewhere, and they would install it for me. Today, I brought one to be installed, but I was refused. I told them how long I’ve been a customer, but the door person, Tennyson, told me that they do not install a product that was brought from outside their store because they had a bad experience. I told him I would sign my consent to not complain; he said no. I’m a senior citizen (over 60) and I don’t know how to install a protector. I’m so upset about their horrible customer service. They don’t seem to be upset about losing a customer. I’m leaving AT&T and going to one of their competitors - one that is more senior citizen friendly. I’m done with AT&T.

Go see JJ, the manager here. He took care of me when my previous provider couldn't. I was stranded in Dallas without a phone and he gave me the best option. I used to be an att hater, but he gave me confidence in them again.

Valeria was exceptionally knowledgeable and on point as far as reading the customer and making us proud to be a Att customer. She respects her company that gives us security in knowing we are with the right people.

Tried getting a statement to transfer carriers and of course that’s was like asking for gold. Give them credit for trying to get me to join. New policy apparently they can’t print a statement. This is why the customer service is bad with AT&T just like 24 years ago as I told my partner why we won’t go with AT&T, and the sales rep William replies “Sure don’t”. Great representation of your brand AT&T.
