These store representatives don’t seem to work. Their attitude was so bad that even my 14-year-old kid asked me why they were behaving like that. Not a single customer was in this big store beside us, and still they were unhappy. Maybe we interrupted their games they were playing. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Horrible experience. Employee was giving attitudes and didn't even care. Shouldn't work in sales with that kind of service! Went to the store on Thursday evening.

I went to this store to get the hotspot for my car, while the employee was trying to get my information on a tablet he started writing my number on a post-it so i gave it my number to him again so he didn't have to copy it from the tablet, but with a bad attitude he turned the tablet towards me and told me that he didn't need me to help him, that I had the information there, I told him he didn't have to be rude to me, that I was only trying to help him and that I was speaking to him with respect while he was not, he began to get hectoring towards me while he denied having a bad attitude and told me i should wait for another advisor, he then threw my ID card on the table I was sitting, I told another employee what he did, but he continued to deny it and I told him that we should check the establishment's cameras. The other employee approached while he was still getting angrier but he told him he was a grown man and he didn't need any help to deal with this, that he didn't need anyone to step up, he began to approach me and threatened that if I spoke again he would escalate things so I better get going, I told him that I was actually going to leave and even as I walked out of the store he kept yelling at me. It's crazy that this could happen absolutely unprovoked, there were other customers in the store too, I hope the person in charge of this store checks the cameras and ask employees to corroborate this situation to prevent it from happening again to someone else.

I visited the AT&T store to replace a lost SIM card. While the task was completed, my experience was far from pleasant. The employee, Rigsby Kam, was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude throughout the interaction. It made what should have been a simple process quite uncomfortable.
Customer service is a crucial part of the experience and I hope AT&T addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.

We just got at&t plan from this location with conor yesterday. We are being charged twice by first net and at&t . I came this morning and conor was not here. I asked him if conor is here. He said he will come after 2 hrs. He asked me what u need help for. I explained him he said i cannot do anything u have to call billing. His name is Kim with glasses . He told his name after asking 3-4 times .
He doesn’t greet customers while absence of manager he acts smart. Plz see recorded clip and how he did customer service. I will not come to this place again.

Came in to trade my 12 for a 16 pro max.
The salesperson typed into the iPad and asked me a few questions. Then his manager walked by, pressed a few buttons on the screen I couldn’t see, and then they kind of smirk laughed. Gave me a bad feeling. I asked when I got there and right before I left and was assured my bill would only go up $23.00 a month. When I got home I got on chat with ATT and would you know it, I was signed up for insurance and next up phone which I never would have agreed to. Bill is $53.00 higher not $23.00. I had the chat person remove the insurance and now I have to wait two weeks to cancel the next up program. Is this your stores M.O.? It’s underhanded and slimy. Shameful

Horrible service. Tried to purchase a new phone and Kam was extremely rude and unhelpful. Kam was on his cell phone and as soon as we walked in, he rolled his eyes and sighed loudly. We continued and things went downhill from there. He does not need to be in a customer service position. We went in to get more information about purchasing a new phone but that was asking too much of Kam. He was irate, condescending, and extremely disrespectful. I do hope the store owner sees this and takes action. We will continue to further escalate this matter with AT&T because Kam's actions need to be addressed. I highly recommend visiting the AT&T store on Plano Pkwy. We had the complete opposite experience at the AT&T store on Plano Pkwy and were able to purchase an Iphone along with accessories.

From 6 years ago: Slow, unprofessional and rude. Apparently they don't know what they are doing. Told us to call the 800 number for whatever questions we have. Would have given a zero star if we could.
2024: Sadly my experience this time around didn’t change much. Making jokes about where I work was a bad move.

I recently visited the AT&T store and was fortunate to be assisted by Tanner. Our rep was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. Not only did he answer all of our questions, but he went above and beyond in explaining additional products and services that we had absolutely no idea existed. We usually avoid going to any AT&T store for the sake of time, but we had to merge accounts and upgrade phones, so we needed someone's help. We couldn’t have been happier than meeting Tanner and having him assist us. It is nice to see AT&T's customer service change for the better. Highly recommend this store and Tanner's exceptional service!

I love the customer service I received from Kam yesterday with helping me getting a claim started for my phone , my phone arrived today and I went back in at he took good care of me! This young man was very respectful and helpful!
