Michael T. at this AT&T store was a true blessing. I had already spent HOURS on the phone with AT&T trying to get cellular data setup on an Apple Watch, was transferred to 3 different people, call was dropped, then my data was accidentally cutoff on my cell so that’s when I had to go in to the store. I was so frustrated at this point. Michael started off by listening to my issues and then saying he could help me! He first fixed my data issue and got my phone working again! Then he proceeded to fix the eSim issue on the watch. I really applaud Michael for trying all avenues to resolve the issue, asking colleagues for assistance, thinking things through, trying more ways to fix the problem. I really appreciate him not throwing the towel in and having me call that awful customer service again. Michael was able to resolve the issue for me! I am so thankful for his AMAZING customer service, his no give up attitude, and his kind patience. He is a big asset to AT&T and had it not been for him I was ready to completely walk away from AT&T after being a customer for over 25 years!

I went in to purchase a new iPhone on Jan 1, 2024 and received the worst customer service from Luciare A. very careless attitude and disrespectful to the customer. AT&T is one of the most reputable brands out there and their employees represent the brand. They need to be trained well how to deal with the customers atleast with the very basic courtesy and etiquettes.

This was the most helpful ATT/Apple experience I've had. Brian went above and beyond helping myself and daughter with our phones. He even stayed past when I know he was suppose to leave to make sure our phones were up and running. Thank you for making our updates and changes so easy for us!

They are friendly when they sell you the phone. Went in to drop off my trade in phone and the guy handling my paperwork was rude and had an attitude problem when I explained I wouldn’t leave without my paperwork showing the credit to go on my account. He walked off and came back with the paperwork, handed it to me and walked off. I don’t understand why. Unfortunately his behavior ruined the overall experience I had when purchasing the phone. And I will reflect that in my survey responses.

This review is ONLY for Brian, the gentleman who helped me twice, when other employees and managers did next to nothing when I was trading in and upgrading my phone to the 15 pro. Brian walked me through scrubbing two old phone, both a password and billing issue, and recommended an accessory for my car they did not have, that I didn't know what type to provide. This is some of the best service I have had, regardless of service type, and you should have him replace the current "manager" who I met with on a day Brian was not present. Maybe if he was running the shop you would not be sitting at a 2.4 star rating.

We were so thankful for Brain P and his knowledge. I dread going into to deal with my invoices and buying new phones, but Brian was the biggest help and made changes effortlessly. Thank you for all your help, Brian!!

i was told by one of the representatives that if we purchase the screen protector it would have lifetime warranty and free of cost if i needed a replacement. i even double checked if i heard him correctly so i went ahead and bought it. when i went back in they told me i had to pay $8, but not once was this mentioned. then accused that we heard incorrectly.

Best AT&T store I been to, amazing manager. Had to convert prepaid to postpaid plan, all the other stores said we do not know, were rude and disrespectful, this one was just amazing, went in at closing time and still got the job done. Definitely recommend.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Do not go to this location. I purchased the new iPhone from another location and they purchased me the wrong phone with the appropriate storage space. Since I purchased the phone from another location they were going to charge me a restocking fee for an AT&T employee mistake!!

If you absolutely have to go inside this store for assistance, just remember to retrieve your license from them before leaving! Although I provided the password and other information on our account this past Monday morning, the agent still asked for my ID and attempted to scan it several times, but she never gave it back to me and I forgot to grab it. I realized on Tuesday, the very next day, that I no longer had the license in my possession. So I returned to the store today, which was a huge inconvenience, only to be told they don’t have my ID in their safes and the employee who helped me on Monday didn’t take any accountability for the mishap. The customer service here is mediocre and they’ve done nothing but waste my time.

We had a great experience here. I needed to change my last name, put in my new address, and get internet attached to my cell phone plan and Sunny helped us so quickly! He was also super knowledgeable. We went in, got helped immediately, and got everything done and left within 30 minutes. Best AT&T I've been into.

I came in very upset from another location and their associate Brian and manager Aaron were wonderful they resolved our multiple issues and were extremely courteous and understanding even though we obviously came in with a poor attitude because of our previous experience at another AT & T corporate location. I can't emphasize enough how thankful we are, we were dealing with issues for about 3 months and he resolved our billing, iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad issue so quickly and with amazing customer service skills!
