Had a graduation party this past Saturday and I must say that it was beyond what we expected. The hall was beautifully decorated and the guests were raving about the food. Both the owner and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely use in the future!

Completely dissatisfied. These guys are find throwing food than feed guests. My eat of photographers and videographers did a sweet 16 birthday and after then shoot at 10:00 PM when we went to get some food, there were no plates. when asked they said they are out of plates. I think this is the only event center that does not have plates to feed guests. When asked, they say they only had 100 plates and all were taken. They are ok to throw all the food than feed guests.If you are hosting your party here, make sure to check about the plates and glasses. Or ask your guests to bring their own plate and water so they don't starve.

I had an event there on July 1st everything was wonderful I have no complaints about anything. The venue was set up nicely the food was good, restrooms was nice and clean anytime we needed anything Steven was asked and it was done without any problems all three of the guys were very polite and helpful. If you need an event venue Aurora is the place! I will book there again!Thank you all for all your help!

The venue, stage, parking, owner and all the staff are very professional and fantastic. We had an excellent experience and definitely recommend highly.

The manager wasn’t cooperating with us at all and made fun of my sister when she asked questions ?, they push for paying the deposit and after you pay any requests or accommodation They make it impossible or they ask you to bring your own stuff after you already paid for it .

My experience with Aurora event center is beyond words. The service, the food, the atmosphere and the decor was beautifully and perfectly done. Ms Eboney was so helpful in every way. She answered all my questions! We got so many compliments on the venue, decor and food. 5 star service!

I still can’t forget what an awful experience we had here. I just want to give an honest opinion. They have the worst customer service ever. While everybody else were refunding their money without any questions during the pandemic and these people are just after the money at that time. They don’t have any humanity. We booked this center for our daughter’s 1st birthday party in last year. We booked for May and paid big amount of deposit money in few months advanced. When Covid started, and we were not allowed to do big gatherings, we tried to cancel the party. They were nice while we booked and convinced us with nice words, well the true face came out when we canceled it. At first they told us to return some portion of the money, then we tried to contact probably 4 months constantly. They tried to avoid every time we called them. They didn’t want to talk or let us know any status. Even if you want to keep the money, you need to let the customer know. I tried to talk with the lady owner and she told me she can’t talk, I can only text. I have all the emails and chat conversations where they agreed on something and next time they denied. When I sent them those screenshots, this women behaved so bad and she told that we will not get any refund with anything we do and to stop wasting our efforts and not to contact anymore. I was so shocked to see her attitude towards her customer. We’ll never going there and don’t want anyone else to suffer like that. Please stay away from this place and don’t plan any event there. I will rate 0 for this center.

Experience Aurora Event Center ! Great evening starts here.. Mr and Mrs. Sadi both were really helpful throughout the process of planning and execution of the event. They are very process driven but it is to ensure that you have a great event and nothing is missed from a memorable family dinner and party. As guests, we had exciting time with great food appreciated by everyone and other amenities like sound system, lighting were excellent. Most importantly all of us had a relaxing and comfortable holiday party event. Mrs. Sadi was very customer friendly and their staff was very attentive, always ready to address your needs throughout the evening. We had a memorable family holiday party 2019. Thanks again for the support and will definitely recommend hosting such events in 2020.

Beautiful venue! We held our Freedom Martial Arts of Plano Black Belt Test here this weekend as well as another test. The staff is very helpful. Sound and lights are super as well.

My husband and I booked our reception here and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I searched high and low for an event center and everyone in the Dallas area was so expensive. I found Aurora by looking on Instagram and my day was more than beautiful and the food was Devine!! Definitely recommend them for any of your events
