As a woman buying a used vehicle, I understand that used cars come with normal wear and tear. However, purchasing a fairly new car and being stranded on the third day due to severe overheating is unacceptable.
When I contacted the dealership, they did not offer to cover the tow back to their location, nor did they take responsibility for thoroughly checking the vehicle. I was explicitly told there were no other leaks, yet I later discovered an oil leak that will cost me an additional $1,000 to repair.
This experience showed me that once the sale is made, the condition of the vehicle no longer seems to matter to them. I would not trust this dealership. What may seem like a reasonable price upfront can end up costing you more than buying from another dealer who properly inspects and stands behind their vehicles.
On top of that I still haven’t received my stickers for my car .
Just fully disappointed with this place .

I was in a really bad financial situation with not a lot of options. Getting denied dealership after dealership. Tucker moved heaven and earth and was able to get me into something nice!
He gave me insight and advice beyond just vehicles that he definitely need too.
He genuinely cares and isnt just trying to make a sale. I’d recommend Auto Class Direct to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had recently got into an accident and I needed a car fast. I looked up a car that me and my wife liked and could afford. Went to Auto Class Direct to look at a 2021 Kia Telluride. Marty was the guy that helped us out. He was very cool and laid back. He didn’t pressure us into anything but was very good with explaining our options. I had a pre approval from the auto navigator with Capitol One. Tracy, the finance manager, ended up working her magic and beating the original deal that Capitol One had given me. For 100 dollars more on the down payment, she dropped the interest by almost 3% with the same car payment we were looking for. Also dropping the length of the term by 6 months! I will 100% go back to them when I need another car! Plus we were only there for an hour and a half!!! 5 stars, 10 out of 10🙌🏼

Stop playing with people! When somebody tells you they have a certain amount of money and you tell them that you got two vehicles and then when they come back a couple hours later you're telling them otherwise. Bad business and karma comes around when you're dishonest with people. Damn the fees and everything I told you how much money I had.
