On several occasions I have lost my money due to malfunctioning machines, both for vacuuming and washing my car. Please do maintenance. I will have to look for another place to wash my car.

Good news: most of the hoses work
Bad news: most buttonsbutton to pause the hose doesnt work and you have only 1 minture and 30 seconds to use the hose and you never get enough water to clean a small economy size sedan.

This is by far the worst self serve car wash I have ever been to. The trash cans are over flowing, smells like sewage and the equipment is in disrepair with soap hoses cracked and not working. I just couldn’t believe how badly this facility is being managed.

5.30.2025 ~ Paid $7 for their highest grade wash and my vehicle is still dirty. Not a good use of money. Sadly disappointed.

This has to be the most disgusting car wash I've ever been too. Filthy !!!!!!! Trash every where ! And it stinks. Wasps flying around every where. My car stunk after I vacuumed with the "super vac" that had terrible suction.

I would highly recommend this car wash.They always have all of the necessary products and services available to get your vehicle squeaky clean. Also, the ownership are wonderful people. Very kind, very courteous and quick to respond.

Car WASH is ok...don't waste your money on the vacuum cleaners. I did on several. They barely work. Garbage everywhere. Very dirty.

went there at midnight clicked on soap no soap came out clicked on clear coat no clear coat came out no soap at all, only a couple drops of the pre soak do better

2/5 stars—Stall 4 had quarters stuck in the slot and stall 5 waterboarded me due to a hole in the hose. The vacuums did not have adequate suction, the attachment popped off mid use multiple times. I would suggest going through a automatic car wash since some of the buttons didn’t work anyway.

It is very busy most of the time but they should remove people in their cars who are only in them talking on the phone and occupying the spaces

Price point is kind of high and the automatic touchless did not even wash the back of the vehicle. I guess the car wash is calibrated for a larger vehicle than a Buick encore. The back of the vehicle literally did not get touched by any of the water or soap.
