The worst customer service, attempted to purchase a McLaren here sales person acted like I was burden to them, went ahead and bought not only a McLaren but also My ferrari elsewhere. They’re also very well known for not standing by their vehicles and selling overall low quality cars from auction with little recon according to my sources. Stay away.

I called in to inquire about a 911 GT3 they had up on Autotrader, I spoke to a salesperson named Jaime, issue number one that came across my mind was the lack of knowledge he had about the car in question, now a salesperson who doesn’t have knowledge on what he is selling isn’t a good sign and does not reflect well on the company but not something that would prompt me to leave a review, let alone a bad one but when you speak to a potential customer with a patronizing tone for the fact I did not want to give my last name (I offered to give him my last name initial) so I don’t get plugged into their CRM and get bombarded by texts before I even know all the information I need to know to make a decision whether I WANT to buy the car. This guy got under my skin enough to write a review from his lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge of the product he is attempting to sell & to top it off to start borderline yelling at me and calling me an unserious buyer within the first 2 minutes of making contact is just ridiculous. Get help man. I’d imagine you’d make a lot more sales and maybe just maybe make enough commission to talk to customers with a smile over the phone.

i had been talking to a sales person for a week about a certain pickup, they had no information about the truck and seemed to have none. when i spoke to that certain sales person Friday, they insurared me the truck would be ready saturday. after driving 5 hours to get there (they were aware) they called and told me i was not able to get the truck due to the transmission going out. and then told me i needed to send them 500 dollars to reserve the truck . waste of time and driving a total of over 10 hours.

Purchased a used car from Erika at Auto Source of Texas. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. The dealership has a policy to include an extended warranty coverage that is charged on top of the listed price, but they are transparent about this. Overall it was a good experience and I would consider them for a future car purchase.

Prior owners that owned it was very helpful along with workers now that they have new owner and workers this place sucks salesperson we bought from was Erika she helpful at first but once you purchase that’s it don’t ask any questions no one knows nothing they say they’ll call back with answers and they don’t you have to keep calling and still have no answers smh I was suppose to get a replacement for vehicle I purchased and Erika just gave me the run around so I dont recommend this place at all!!

Purchased a Porsche Cayenne and my experience with Erika was superb! Upon purchase, the Cayenne had a slight stuttering issue. Amir who is the owner was kind enough and is helping me resolve this issue after purchase.
We are still waiting on the parts but I trust them fully as they’ve been super helpful through out the whole process!
5 stars for both Erika and Amir, definitely recommend!
