Almost on 2 weeks without a response to my help ticket.I have been responding to my case# email and have not heard a thing. REALLY need the educational access for school.

Wasted over 4 hours trying to license AutoCAD LT 2018. Product still not licensed. Multiple customer service calls dropped. Documentation is poor, badly organized and does not provide needed information. This is unacceptable.

Great company to work for!!!!! ... not sure why people are passive aggressively 1 starring an office location based on one experience they had with one piece of software...
