Cody was professional and continually kept me apprised of my Q8 rear bumper repair status. He worked with the insurance company as the costs increased as they dug into the damage. The bumper looks perfect- great paint job (metallic black).

My experience has been very positive with AutoNation Collision Center of Plano. My car was there for an extended time for various reasons. Mike was great and excellentcommunication! He provide weekly emails giving us status of the repairs. At the end, my car looked new! Very happy with results!

I had a slightly unpleasant experience during the car repair process, but the general manager reached out to me, listened to my feedback, and provided appropriate comments. I appreciate their positive attitude towards customer service and their willingness to accept feedback and make improvements. Because of this, I choose to trust that they will continue to do better.

After my accident, I had my R1S towed to this location as it is an authorized Rivian autobody collision center. All individuals I communicated with (Derek, Kenny, Mario, to name just a few) were such a pleasure to deal with. Derek Dickerson was my main contact and kept me in the loop and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. They have also built excellent relationships with various auto insurance companies (including my own) which helps with getting sign-offs and moving the process along, so as not to keep my vehicle longer than necessary. They really work with you and want to ensure that you are happy. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle and made it look brand new again!!! Overall, I had a very positive experience with this AutoNation location and will gladly call on them again if I need them!

They were quick to get me in and get the summary of damage and get fixing it. The communication was great and if I had a question it was answered almost immediately. Pick up, car was better than new. Driving home had one fix issue and reached out right away and they took care of it with no question! I hope I don’t need to use them agai , but if I do I highly recommend.
