Apparently racism is starting in this store on 14th Plano today, January 22, around 7:25 p.m. I went to buy, it turns out that the person who was serving asked me to go to the side so that he would attend to the person who was there. behind me that was in bad taste for me and uncomfortable simply because I am Hispanic and the person behind me was a dark-skinned man. I hope those in business don't forget that they eat and have work for us.

Overall, really great service. People are always on standby to help. Javier assisted me with bleeding my brakes. Outstanding job would definitely recommend the store.

I'm 63 years young lol and handicapped. I went to this Auto Zone location seeking help for them to check my antifreeze in my MKC Lincoln and Temps are dropping now at 8:36pm its 29 degrees outside and they wouldn't even step a foot outside to help check my antifreeze level for me. I explained I have no idea which resavor tank under hood it is. There was a manager and worker here and no customers in store except me. This location has gone to pits and I will never return here for anything. Then i went over to O'Rielys less than 2 blocks away on Jupiter and those guys were awsome. They had no problem to help me and I bought what they recommended and they put the product in my vehicle with no excuses like Auto Zone. Auto Zone has bad customer service.

Javier installed a new battery in my pick-up. He was extremely knowledgeable, worked swiftly, and frankly very nice. I will go back to this location any time I need auto assistance. Highly recommend!

I thought I had a battery issue with my Hyundai Tuscon. Javier helped my husband with the issue by showing my husband that our battery was fine; it just needed more charging. Good job, Javier!

I made a purchase on 10-10-2024 and according to the item it arrived on the 14th we are already 15 and the item has not arrived and I bought it because I thought it would arrive on the estimated date now they tell me that it takes 10 days to arrive I think Playing with time and not giving good information to the client is very bad to see!

A gentleman yesterday helped me out at the shop. I am so sorry but I am blanking on the name. It was around 6PM and he helped me switch out a battery. The battery was so corroded that required so many tools - but he was extremely proficient. I will come back for any type of service due to his great help.
