Have bought multiple times from this store with no problems until today. Got a battery and was using a company card, the guy ringing me up added on some terminal cleaners and when I asked him if they cost any extra he said no. Come to find out they did in fact cost extra. When using the company card my transactions are looked at closely and while I may have only been 3 or 4 dollars it can get me in trouble and I don't appreciate being lied to.

I went and jump started my sisters car. She said she would go to the location close to her house for a battery and have them install it. I left and got a call later that they refused to install the battery. Her car died again and I had to go back. I removed 1 10mm bolt they were afraid of and replaced the battery myself.

The priceon the display and register is not match and am trying to told the clerk but he got attitude and call next customer over me. Please don't bring your bad attitude to work Place. Am not return back this store again.

I was grocery shopping near by and unfortunately my car was not turning on. I am 8 months pregnant and my husband was not in my area, I made a call to this autozone that was very close and was able to speak with store manager Edward. He went out of his way and came to where I was to bring me a new battery and also did replace it aswell. I am very grateful for his help, especially since it was over 100 degrees outside. Will recommend this place to anyone wanting great customer service and a helpful/caring manager!! Thank you again edward for your help! :)

I got a list of recommended services from a Lexus 4S store but the price was very high. So I came to this store and ask if they sell some parts and whether they could help with some car issues. Luckily, their Manager Edward was there and helped me check the car. He provides very professional advices on which part is needed to be fixed immediately and which are still okay. Although his store doesn’t sell the needed part, he gives some tips on where I might could get it done for cheaper price. Finally, I purchased an engine air filter in this store and he changed it for free. Thanks to him, I have learned a lot about the car! I highly recommend this store! ???And I appreciate your help, time and kindness, manager Edward! ????

I had a tail light lens fall off and went to AutoZone on Avenue K in Plano for advice. I was informed by "Joe" that I would need an entire assembly, you can't just replace the red lens. He looked up my car information, quoted me a price and then later in the day (after checking with FireStone), Joe special ordered the part for me and advised when it would be in. This morning Joe called and said my tail light had come in and to come by and he would help me out. Joe replaced the tail light assembly for me, made sure the lights worked properly and helped me back to my car. I am disabled and have great difficulty in walking so this meant a great deal to me. Joe went above and beyond, has EXCELLENT customer service skills, is extremely knowledgeable and is definitely a keeper!! If you go to this AutoZone, definitely ask for Joe!! This damsel in distress is now a happy camper!??
