The customer service person misguided me when I went there to buy power steering fluid. He gave me transmutation fluid and said this can be used as power steering fluid as now company made one fluid that can be used for multiple use. After coming back, I did some research and found that the fluids are different for transmission and power steering. I also found it on Autozone website that they are different.

Dave was amazing!! He exchanged the wrong battery I was sold at a different Autozone and put it on my car for me. I was back on the road in no time. Great customer service and product knowledge

I was headed to Austin 5/26/24 for a graduation party brunch. I heard noises like something was dragging on the pavement. No dash lights came on, so headed to Firestone for help, but they were not open. I came to your store and Henry the store manager came out to help me and fixed the problem. He was so kind, patient and helped me get back on the road. Henry was the best, and he certainly saved my day! Customer Service at its finest! Thank you again Henry!
