I ordered a lightbulb for $10 that I never received. When I called the location they told me to call the company that sent it. She didn’t have any information for me and nobody to contact. The place is a scam. I don’t recommend this to anyone!

AutoZone has been my go to car parts place for decades, ever since I got a 1976 station wagon for $500 as a teenager and an automotive manual so I could keep it running. Good times.
They'll loan you tools, sell you parts, and help you out.
I've bought car batteries for something like eleven different cars over 30+ years from AutoZone. One of the selling points is that they'll swap them out for you. Pretty neat. Today, for the first time since the mid-90's, they wouldn't do it. Minus one star for the disappointment. They said my battery was hard to reach. Maybe it was just too cold and windy outside. (January of 2025)
Despite that, I'll still be back next time I have car troubles. They'll check the codes for the engine light, or test the battery. And while they can't solve everything, they can help you a lot with avoiding needless trips to a mechanic for things you can do yourself.
Overall, great place when you need something car related. Definitely recommend!

I could not be more grateful for the kindness I was just shown by Jim T. He helped make my vehicle road safe from wildly overlooking the timing on an oil change. I can’t say thanks enough, and that guy needs a raise! He’s *more* than earned that!!

Writing a review often feels like a waste of time; if it’s negative, no one responds, and if you have a complaint, there’s rarely anyone who listens. But this time, I can’t stay silent because what I experienced at this AUTOZONE deserves to be shared.
Throughout my life, I’ve visited many AUTOZONE locations, and honestly, I never expected exceptional customer service. But this place completely changed my perspective. I was coming from a long, hard day facing my son’s cancer, and my mood was terrible. Even so, the team here not only helped me solve my car issue but also genuinely cared about me and my kids. In a moment of vulnerability, they made me feel welcomed and listened to, like I was at home.
To the General Manager of this location: thank you! Thank you for leading a team that makes a difference, for creating an environment where one can feel valued and cared for. I’d rather drive 45 minutes to come here and receive treatment that truly makes one feel like a VIP customer.
I hope these words reach those who make this AUTOZONE a special place, and that they know how much their kindness and empathy mean to customers like me. Thank you for making a difference and for being a true example of outstanding customer service!

Thank you!! Battery went out 2 months before warranty was up, new battery!! No charge. Free obd ! If your car or truck throws a code, they can tell you what it is!! My transit had a bad coil!! $60 AND 20 MINUTES to change out!! Would have been 500 at mechanic!!
