Do not let them touch your car. I let them install a battery and it was done so poorly the little Indian kid damaged my vehicle.
I took it to the autozone in Frisco on Preston and was told yeah you’re not the first one to come here with that. There is no recourse because “it is them doing you a favor”.
I asked the kid if he was confident with the doing it and he said yes and struggled doing the swap. Not a big deal cuz it’s a cheap part but you have to train your employees better.

William Blanton. What an awesome GM. This man only lacks a white horse. He is definitely my hero. Was on my way to see sick family when I had an RV emergency. Sunday night, no service guys available and closest truck stop was way too far. First of all he was cleaning his parking lot by hand when I pulled up. Hes the GM but h3 was doing it himself. Then he went out of his way to help me. I'm a business owner .Wish I had more employees like him. 10 stars.

Went to this shop to rent their tools to replace a part. This is my first try to DIY this way. I was not able to achieve it because of something unexpected with my car, but I’m really appreciate with such helpful employees and AutoZone tool program. Mike even voluntarily helped me when I got stuck. Mike and another that I don’t know how to spell his name definitely did much more than I expected. They made AutoZone such a good place to trust and go.

Don't buy a car battery from Autozone, I bought a brand new battery and I've been stranded 3 times so far. Absolute garbage!
