I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience renting a vehicle from Avis. Upon arrival, I was not notified that the location of my reservation had no vehicles available. Despite this inconvenience, I was eventually accommodated with a pick-up truck that emitted a terrible odor of cigarette ash and filth. Given my work obligation that required transportation three hours prior to my pick-up, I had no choice but to use the vehicle.Furthermore, I was dismayed by the lack of vehicle maintenance and the attitude displayed by staff member Priscilla, who seemed annoyed when I questioned the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.As a result of this experience, I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted, and I have no intention of renting a vehicle from Avis in the future. It is unfortunate that my company favors Avis as our preferred car rental service, as this experience has left me with a negative impression of the company as a whole.

i like not having to drive to Dallas or the airport. Just wish they had better Sunday hours.Staff is always nice!

WATCH OUT!!! We made our reservation and upon our return date, they were not open. We called the number and were advised there is no drop box for this location. We bit the bullet knowing they would honor our reservation time as we honored returning on time clean and full of gas. THEY WERE CLOSED THE NEXT DAY for New Year’s Day. We were charged 2 extra days because they were not open and no mention of this when we picked up the car. They broke the contract. It works both ways. This won’t be the end of this as it’s a matter of principal at this point. Too many options out there. They should care more about customers. The Jeep, however was great and the only reason for 2 stars. Integrity still exists and they should be held accountable for the 2 days we couldn’t return our rental. Stressful!!!!!

Female worker with freckles has a stinky attitude that tries to demean customers because she believes we’re as broke as she is, sad and rude attitude that will have me taking my business else where and recommending my fellow coworkers to do the same.ALSO take reviews that say they will CHARGE a cleaning FEE even if no one smoked in it seriously! They are extortionists that WILL charge you for a car they deliver with weird smells and stains.

I recently rented a vehicle in Dallas, for a trip up to Colorado Springs.Hours after drop off, my daughter realized she had left her wallet in the rental car.We returned te Avis location at the airport, and encountered an employee by the name of Brian.Brian let us know that the vehicle had already been re rented and the wallet had not been found.Brian then took it upon himself to assist in every way possible- he knew we were stressed.To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement.The wallet was still in the car and Brian (while protecting everyone’s personal information) was able to link us up with the new customer and the wallet was retrieved.Brian was AMAZING.In addition. Two days later, Brian called me to see if everything had worked out.He is a class act, and a true asset to Avis at the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport.

Staff was very unhelpful and the vehicle was not clean. Seemed like since I had prepaid for the rental they just gave me the vehicle how it was returned to them. I should have taken pictures but was too pressed for time to make it to where I was going. Then on the return the Manager just told me he would just have a talk with the attendant that rented the car to me.

Had a very unpleasant experience at Avis today, first time having a problem, I’ve rented with this company multiple times before today. A member of the staff called me racial slurs and denied my reservation simply because of the color of my skin. I called to speak with a manager about the incident, Rick answered the phone but me on hold and I haven’t been able to get through since. PLEASE do business anywhere but here.

The car we rented (2021 Honda Accord) VIBRATED us to death for our 19 hour commute to Alabama. The cabin noise from the CHEAP tires they placed on this car was so loud, our music wouldn't even drown it out. I complained to management, thet took a measly $20 off. Avis, if you're going to rent 2 YEAR OLD CARS, at least put QUALITY tires on the darn cars!!!
