They are the best. They take very good care of my baby Coco. They are friendly and very attentive. They answer all our questions and provide good information on the situation. I am very grateful ?

Wait times….a routine in-person visit for vaccinations/labs of my 2 cats took 3 hours. You read that right—I spent 3 hours here for annual vaccinations and labs. The vet was also very odd…she would come in, give bits of info, say she would be back, then disappear, yet always saying she would be back soon and not to leave yet. At the 3 hour mark I ended up just leaving without her final check-in and told them to just call me. Since then I just do the drop-off option. If you have an anxious pet and prefer in-person, this location is not for you. Banfield Frisco is a better option.I did get a dental cleaning recently too and that process was smooth. But again, I had to wait for the vet to arrive 15 min late for my drop-off that I had set in the early morning told avoid conflict with work. I do not appreciate the lack of consideration for my time at this location.Lastly, DO NOT GET THEIR INSURANCE PLAN. Total waste of money. “Full coverage” does not apply even with the highest tier—there is always something that the vet needs to do extra that’s gonna cost you despite the monthly payments even when you aren’t going monthly. If I pay $110 per month and don’t visit for 3 months, why can that not go towards a treatment plan as credit? That would make it worth it to me. I will definitely be canceling the plan and getting something else. The vets are knowledgeable and my cats are healthy, so it’s not a lack of quality care, it’s the customer service.

I'm writing this as a disappointed Banfield customer based on my experience with this company. I signed up for this insurance for my dog Nipsey and it started out well, the payments were automatically taken out of my account with no problem. I was and still am receiving emails as if my account is active. But the last time I went in I was told that there was a balance due b/c my payments were not being received and that my account was in collections for over $400. No one contacted me, no emails or communication whatsoever about these payments or that I was past due. As I mentioned, I'm still getting emails as if I'm an active customer for the service. I was forced to pay the full amount for my dog's treatment because of his kidney issues and was told that I can't use the service until I pay the amount in full in which I didn't even know that I owed. I contacted Banfield and advised you all to confirm any information you had regarding my payments and still nothing has been done in months. I am still receiving emails stating that I am a customer and nothing regarding any issues about my account balance. No one has been able to tell me why I have a balance or why I was never contacted about my monthly payments. My dog needs to go to the doctor, as he was previously on supplements regarding his kidney and I haven’t been able to take him in for a check-up because of this issue. When I contacted customer service I was told this would be looked into but again I have not received any feedback. If there was any issue regarding my payments, why wasn’t I notified? What insurance company fails to notify their customer regarding payments or a balance before sending them to collections? This has caused me a great deal of stress and concern because I need to be able to have insurance for my dog so he can be properly checked and taken care of as well as the affect it has on my credit while being in collections. No one in the location has acted with any sense of urgency about this manner and the manager has yet to rectify this issue.

I have gone here the last few years for my two cats. They have always taken good care of them. My first cat I got from a government shelter in very bad shape. They got rid of her fleas, tape worm, and got her all the medicine she needed. She also got a cold from the shelter a few days later, and they took her in quickly and gave her meds. She fully recovered thanks to their care.

Had been with Banfield for a long time. We moved and went to another nearer, but changed back to the one in West Plano even though it takes us 1 hour+ to drive there. Dr. Mendoza is the best!

Dr. Iswarya Rajesh did an amazing job after moving my appointment from one Banfield to this location was the best decision I could have made. She not only made me feel comfortable and informed throughout my little puppy’s neutering. She discovered that my puppy needed an additional surgery due to him only having one testicle and she made me feel confident in her abilities to be able to get it done and she did just that! Also the ladies at the front were warm and welcoming and answered my 1000 and one questions I had! This has definitely become my location for all my puppy’s medical necessities! Great job to the team and staff as a whole!

Way Better than the Josey Location and Was super happy with interaction with staff. The vet at Josey is horrible and never completes my pets visits and always tries to get out of services included in my plan.

So far not so good- one phone call automated to simply tell me “to call back later, goodbye.” Not a great way to start a new experience with a new location I’m moving to.

I've been coming to this Banfield with both of my pets for over 3 years now and I gotta say that they always do their best to fit me in when I need to be seen and their staff is always friendly and prompt. But today I met one of their newest team members, Dr. Rajesh, and she left such a great impression on me, that I even picked up one of her cards and will be requesting her for all future visits. I really appreciated the time she took to go over my pets' care and answer my questions, not saying the other vets at this location aren't just good, just that I really liked her!

Service and doctored no lesson and care what we needI told me that my dog has stomach problems and needs a doctor’s examination and a certificate to buy stomach medicine. When I pick up the dog, tell me to buy medicine. They will issue a certificate, but now they say they need to bring the dog Only when I go back for inspection can I issue a certificate, do I need to earn an extra inspection fee?I haven't got the medicine yet. Don't just respond superficially. You need to first determine the mental state and service status of your employees that day, and the doctor's answer,Till now still no do anythingI go to same co.diferent location they do very nice and good.I no know why this location service is this wayToday, there is no solution, just a superficial response. The service attitude of other branches is completely different. I don’t know how to make customers feel at ease and trustFor the first time, I was refused to buy. I called and asked, and the waiter said yes, to buy again. There is a recording of the phone call. The manager should confirm it. It shouldn’t be like this. How to make customers trust24 hours have passed, but there has been no reply on how to solve it. The manager did not check the recording records, so he still did not deal with it

I have been going to Banfield West Plano for 18 years. Their customer care is beyond anything you could wish for. The doctors know you and your pet, and they treat your pets Iike they are their own. I trust them with my fur babies implicitly.

Absolute pathetic excuse for a vet. Never told us that my dog had elevated levels indicating kidney disease or at minimum a UTI. never received information or medication. She now has full blown kidney disease and they don't even care. My older dog passed away yesterday and they refuse to just cancel his wellness plan. They said "sorry about your loss; but you owe $330" unbelievable. NEVER GO HERE. GO TO A REAL VET.

It's absolutely insane the veterinarians have any type of degree at all. Their lack of care for your pet is unreal. If you have a pet, invest in real pet insurance and take them to an actual vet office that doesn't scam the hell out of you. I would never suggest anything PetSmart related or Banfield related to my worst enemy. I have NEVER had an issue at my old vet office where they refused to draw blood or take a urine sample simply because they have no clue how to work with animals. The staff there are morons and the vets are noncommunicative and love to talk out of their ass. If you love your furbaby, DO NOT take them to PetSmart.Insisted my cat had diabetes but refused to service her because she wasn't cooperating. This has happened 3x now. How the hell do you service anyone's pet? Most pets are not going to cooperate in a vet office - this is well known. Learn how to work with animals. Then insisted they give my cat medication without an actual diagnosis. Pushing scammy medication on my cat that could end up doing more harm than good because there was no formal diagnosis. My cat also has arthritis and I had been giving her shots for it at home for the past 3 years. Upon moving to Texas and coming to this vet office, I was told I could not give my cat the shots and they would have to be given at the vet office, once a month. Who the hell wants to bring their pet into a place they hate once a month? Just so they could yet again scam me of my money when I was showed by my previous vet how to administer her arthritis medication and had to order her arthritis medication through my previous vet because Banfield refused to let me. The arthritis medication is $60 for over a year supply. The vet here wanted me to come in once a month and pay $40 for one shot. This place is a scam and the vets are shams. Banfield shouldn't even exist.
