One of the worst banking experiences and institutions I have ever had to experience. Rude tellers who will not tell you correct information and then rude workers who are unhelpful scheduling appointments. Overall, I would cancel all of my accounts with them if I had the opportunity. Don't waste your time with this bank or branch, go to a credit union instead. Also, they NEVER answer your phone calls!!!

The only thing helpful that this bank has done for me today unfortunately is give me a cozy seat to work remotely. I've been on hold for 3 hours about an incident with my debit card and came to the bank to escalate the matter. You are just a number to these corporations and they do not care. I'm sincerely disappointed.

This is the worst Bank of America ever been to.Only one work at the widow.With bad attitude and behaviour.I’m about to transfer from Bank of America because of this really behaviour customer service tried to compline no answer. Very very bad especially marriesa the manger they said please try to have better experience customer service

Annoying that they don't have the drive thru open so you're forced to go inside and stand and wait in line. They use the drive thru lanes to park their cars. Kinda silly

Today’s customer needs to understand the new banking philosophy. You are of no importance!! You will become important when become a ON-LINE customer. The bank’s current policy is to MAKE money for big business and big money!Banks have developed this policy to a new level. Big business and big money don’t use a drive through nor do they use a local bank.The very idea is ridiculous unless they can make one thin dime off you the walk in client! Money still talks in 2023 and BS walks!!!!MONEY! MONEY! MONEY!

Every BOA location in the Dallas area is so slow and inefficient, bit the plano branch on 75 is by far the worst. They usually only have one teller working and they are in no hurry at all. The line always reaches to the front door and moves at a snails pace. No commercial teller, so when you come in with a couple business deposits plan on spending an hour of your workday standing at the bank

Low stars because the location know Friday's are busy, busy! People still come inside to withdraw and make deposit during their lunch and the location only jas 1 teller!! Unbelievable. I get they need a lunch too, but they don't open at 8am, they should plan better between 11:30am to 2pm. Ridiculous!
