We walked into this branch after having a bad experience at another branch. Gregory greeted us in and took care of us despite walking in wihout an appointment. Great service and he made sure everything was right. Thank you!

I am a long time BoA customer. I wanted to two transactions, first write a cashiers check from my account for a contractor so the payment to contractor is on record. And two, I brought the contractor with me so he can cash the cashiers check. I told the teller about whole intent before the transaction started. After the cashiers check was issued, I was informed the contractor cannot cash a cashiers check because today is Saturday and technically they are processing Mondays transactions. They told me the contractor can only cash it on Tuesday. This makes no sense to me. I have never walked into a Bank with a Cashiers Check and the banker tell me, come back in 2 days. And it’s not they didn’t have cash or anything like that, they told me, the contractor is unable to cash it today. I asked twice.
We were able to go across the street to a Wells Fargo and cash it.
Completely un-informed and untrained staff. This includes the manager. The manager I felt didn’t want to give it enough thought because the contractor was not their client, even though, I the client was with him.
Very disappointed in BoA.

Had the best experience with Erum. She is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had to navigate an estate situation and she really knows her stuff! It helped that she guided us and advised us on the best steps to take to handle our Uncle's estate. The manager Josh was very responsive as well.
Definitely the place you want to go to handle settling someone's estate.

The service staff is very bad. Insult the customers. They smile at me. But it was a disdainful smile. And I don't know what kind of society they were born from to speak so badly. I really want to know If you guys work this badly Why don't you resign? I won't come back here again. And I don't recommend it. You guys should go train your employees on the new etiquette. They were very rude to me. I never look down on anyone because everyone has equal rights. I don't like people who discriminate against others but don't look at themselves. And I recommend showing reviews to all your employees. So that they will know how bad their customer service is.

Omigosh, I can't believe the bad reviews. The people who work at this branch are so accommodating and friendly. I have two locations closer to my house yet I prefer this one, due to the exceptional customer service. If you are fortunate enough to haveIssa as your teller, your day will be made. Such a wonderful personality with a very kind spirit. I overheard him talking to the customer before me, and she was a bit stressed trying to accomplish whatever it was she was doing. He was so very kind and patient with her. If I were a branch manager, I would keep an eye on this young man. He should be promoted just for his customer service skills alone. That's it. I have been a B of A customer for probably 30 plus years. I highly recommend doing business here!

There is worst BOA. The tailor named Gastavo is not professional and I was waiting front of his computer for 20 minutes for simple work. However, he did not say any apologize and his manager is rude too.I strongly wanna say to find an other location of BOA.

BE PREPARED FOR DISCRIMINATION, WENT THERE TO CASH A CHECK, THE LADY AT THE COUNTER ASKED FOR MY ID BEFORE EVEN ME INSERTING THE BANK CARD AND PIN NUMBER,WENT TO ANOTHER BRANCH AND ASKED THE MANAGER ABOUT IT AND SAID THE ONLY TIME THEY ASK FOR AN ID IS WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR CARD OR YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PIN NUMBER. SHAME..
