I use atm here every few weeks on way back to my warehouse. No issues with atm ever. Had to get a cashiers check for major purchase last month. Inside teller was nice and got it done with no issues. I am kind of upset that BoA closed location at park and tollway, but this one is also on my way home, so not huge issue for me... but more traffic around this one (I drive box truck, so traffic is always an issue for me for errands)

I always feel like they don't want me inside the branch. Went to get a cashier's check and they told me it would be cheaper if I used the Kroger in the shopping center, they never even told me the cost. Went another time just to deposit a check and was rudely told that the ATM can process it too and I needed to go over to the machine.

Bank of America does not want to provide service. They don’t want you to come inside the branch. You are not good enough to come inside the branch. Just use the ATM machine outside. I closed my account and opened account at another bank where they treat you with respect. Good Bye BOAI am glad I closed the Bank of America account. With this kind of horrible service, soon they may go out of business.

Went here today to do a transaction. The gentleman who stood at the door did not greet me but just asked what I needed. I asked for a service and before I could finish he interrupted me and said and said like I was saying. I am sorry but his professionalism was horrible. I will never visit this branch again or refer anyone.

Terrible experience with this bank,I will close my account due to got my money and didn't return it back for more then 3 month ago and never received it back and affected to my score as intended to commit to deduct from my checking account, it's called fraud to cheat their customers!!!!

Only one teller, long line and behind the counter I can hear people talking and laughing, when I got there it was 10:10am Atm machine wont let me withdraw 1200.00 out of my business account, this branch is too slow wait time is been over 12 minutes I'm still here waiting, who knows when I'm going to able to take care of me. Thinking about closing my personal and business account, I have business to take care.

There should be an option to leave negative stars- bank posted hours are until 4 pm and the doors were locked at 3.30! Pathetic.
