She was friendly, courteous, prompt, answered my many questions. I had a specific problem, which she solved. Her staff are all very helpful. The facility clean, modern, and simply relaxing. I also liked the spacious parking. 🌹💜🌹

I’ll never be back. Walked in with (2) $100 bills. Needed (4) $50 bills for tips. They required my drivers license. Ok. Then they required my account info. Then they required my debit card with pin. Huh?
Next visit. Wrote a BOA check for $500. Needed $300 in $50s and $200 in $100s. Same ordeal. Drivers license. Ok. Sure. Account info. It’s on the check. Debit and pin. I don’t know - I never use them.
Can’t help you. WTH?
Manager, who has stood in front of her Teller Terminal the whole time despite 10 people in line and only two, very slow tellers, comes to “help” and tells the Teller how to enter my debit card … and get my blood type, panty color, beverage preference and whatever else is tied to the debit card I NEVER USE.
Of course, she’s forgotten so I remind her that I need $300 in $50s and $200 in $100s. She gives me (10) $50s. WTH?
I handed her (2) sets of (2) $50s and asked for (2) $100s. She only had (1) $100 bill. She called over the manager, who couldn’t be bothered with any of us. The teller then gave me (1) $100 bills and ONE HUNDRED $1 bills, a stack 2-3 inches high. Uh, no.
I took the single $100 bill and my (2) $50 bills. What an ordeal!
No training, No professionalism. Idiots. If I wasn’t tied to BOA because of Merrill Lynch, I’d leave.

Made an appointment online and was called to the office very punctual (typically does not happen at a bank office). Kristopher was AMAZING, very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. This is going to be my go-to office from here on!

I wish i could put no star! Went there to get a quick cash and realize i did not have my bofa atm card. Went inside, one teller in the back helping customer with an account. Bunch of bankers sitting in the office. Jaya the manager was sitting in the front. I said is there anyone can help me with the service, no teller in the back. She went back and said oh there is one teller and this teller is helping a customer with an account service. I am supposed to wait until this one and only one teller finished helping a client. Jaya DID NOT even bother to offer any help! She only said oh yes there is one person in the back!

Had a wonderful experience today with Jaya helping me complete a wire transfer. She was very cordial and explained changes in the app that now allows to complete wire transfer. She even volunteered to sit with me and carefully go over completing the transfer. Great customer service.

My friend, Liu Qiu Xia, and I went to this bank and the senior banker, Jose Rivera, was really helpful and assisted us for three hours. His attitude was very nice and very neat. I’d recommend him to anyone!

I have been a customer of BofA for 30 years. I go to this branch becuase Jaya is there to warmly greet me and always helps me and my family. Over the past 5 years, she has provided some very good guidance to set up accounts for my sons so they can understand how banks help to manage and save money....and even establish credit. Jaya remains the person I think about at BofA although I do have to wonder at times if bank loyalty really matters anymore with the fees that I get charged.
