Great Bank of America location. Very friendly staff and efficient and personable bank tellers. I received a much better experience at this location than I have at various other locations around town. As soon as I entered this Bank of America location I was greeted by friendly staff. There was no line and the teller quickly processed the transaction. No frustrations at all which was a nice change. Thank you!

After months of trying to fix something on my account, I was finally able to have my online banking issue resolved in person with the help of Jaya Vemu. She's a wonderful manager and was very understanding. I will continue my 20 year relationship with Bank of America.

Awfull. Outside atms are buggered and inoperable. To deposit cash in my own account I been asked to handfill slip and present photo ID. In all my years banking with BoFA ( quarter century ) I never encountered such inept place

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to deposit a business check and then ended up leaving because they just had one teller working and still 2 people ahead of me in line this is crazy

Horrible service!!!! I called because I needed a temporary debit card, the lady who answered told me to hang up and make an appointment through the app. I asked her why she could not help me if we are on the phone, she then proceeded to say "okay let me log in". I made an appointment for the same day (today) at 2pm. I get to the branch at 1:55pm just for them to say there's no appointment. The guy at the front said he would "squeeze " me in. I have banked with BOA for 11 years, and it seems like their branch service is becoming very poor. In store customer service is ridiculous! It is already frustrating that I need a temporary card and then to deal with their poor customer service just adds to the stress of the situation! Please do better! I know losing a customer means nothing to a huge bank, but it stinks that they clearly don't care about their customers.

Very poor service for their bank card. I somehow messed up my online payment, and on on the 7th day it was late they started rejecting charges. I did not know for awhile as all my automatic payments go to this card. Although they have my phone number and email address I was not notified so that I could correct the error. Clearly they don't want me as a customer, probably bc I pay my balance in full each month, And always on time until this month. I guess they prefer customers who pay their outrageous 23% interest on unpaid balance. I just got it for the travel points but If you can't count on a credit card while traveling it is worse than worthless. I'm changing to a different one.

Everyone was so helpful and nice!! Had to take care of some account business, but it was a wonderful experience. The bank officer at the reception was so polite and effective in informing us. Gayatri Potdar, the relationship manager we spoke to was so great, and quick to take care of our business! Everyone did their job so well.
