The staff at Bank of Texas treat you like a human and not just another account number. Every time I visit, I'm reminded why I don't do business at Chase or Wells Fargo anymore - and glad I made the change.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star!!! I withdrew money from the ATM and it didn't disperse the money. I then went to the teller at the window and told her what happened and she said "yes that's been happening all day" !!! Why isn't there a sign on this ATM if it's not working????!!!! Both women were absolutely rude as well and then told me to contact my bank and dispute it. This is bad business and quite frankly laziness.

ATM didn't give me my money. Drove by the teller and the manager on duty could not provide any resolution on the issue. I was told this has been happening for the past 24 hours. Ok, so put a sign up letting customers know to avoid this machine!!! Now I'm out $600.

Excellent service. To date, my experience is that all branch employees are professional and friendly, while quickly handling any request I have made of them. At times, they even go so far as to greet me by name when I have come in or driven up. It is hard to beat that level of customer service.

I went into this branch to handle some items pertaining to my mothers estate and accounts held at BOKF. When I walked in, I was the only customer there. Yet, I had to wait because the entire staff was giggling and hanging out behind a wall at the teller line. The woman who was supposed to help me was extremely rude and was supposed to get in touch with me regarding next steps and whether additional documentation was required. She did not. Today, I called the BOKF telebank, and that banker was very helpful. However, there was no record of me going to the branch, providing documentation or anything. I had to start over. Pathetic.

From Wells Fargo, Chase both business checking. With Bank of Texas not 1 issue. Every visit I'm greeted by name. Good friendly service like Banking should be.

After waiting 10-15 in drive through branch manager informed me that I "wasn't their only customer." I could go on. My total time in drive through (I was the only one) was 15-20 min. Worst customer service I've ever had at a bank.
