Was very helpful picking up on order for books. Was able to get in and out rather quickly, which, for me, is rare as I like to browse.

Firewheel Barnes & Noble is much larger than some others with seating that I truly appreciate. My teenage granddaughter could browse for quite a while (without me rushing her) and I have a little spot or 2 to rest my old lady bones. Other B&N don't have any chairs (Creekwalk @ Collin Creek & Stonebriar). It's disappointing and sometimes I have to sit in the tiny child seats in their little kids alcove. Getting up again is a challenge. You'd all do much better from my wallet to have seats.

I visited this bookstore recently, and it had such a vast collection of things: books, toys, literally everything. It had more than any barnes i'd been to. I was seriously shocked. The people were kind as well and accommodating.

This location has been there as long as I can remember. Visiting recently though made me feel a bit nostalgic but a bit sad at the same time. In this online and e-book culture, bookstores are slowly dying. While as a customer, it's awesome to visit a bookstore like this with little to no foot traffic, I'm also a bit torn because that means there is probably less revenue coming in and that usually means store is on brink of closing down. I sincerely hope this one doesn't. Or at least do not replace it with yet another Home Goods type of store. I've read a bit of the other reviews here and am a bit suspicious on the intent. If the staff here were racist, you think that'd be more clear? I have seen that most of the time it's the customers' sensitivity or at most ill-conceived perception that's usually the culprit. But who knows. The staff in question was not named and therefore couldn't defend him/herself.
