Where do I start? No stock, no knowledgeable staff and an out of state owner that has no idea how to run a business. Terrible place to do business. Do yourself a favor and use the Richardson store.

Daniel at this location was so beyond helpful! He listed to my problems about my car battery and being rejected by other Battery+ locations. He stepped up and honored my warranty. This location, however, didn’t have the battery needed to fulfill the warranty but he went above and beyond to find a location with the battery needed and that would honor my warranty. 10/10 appreciate Daniel and his honor and determination.

Went for a new motorcycle battery for my 2006 Honda cbr 1000 RR about a year ago. Worked great for two weeks. Used bike maybe twice. Next time I went to ride… bike wouldn’t start. Again. It’s a two week old battery. Brought battery back to Allen location. Brought receipt asking for new battery. They declined stating that they could recondition it instead and fix the charge and that sometimes that happens if it’s not on a tender. A two week old battery dude? Please. 🙄 anyway. He reconditioned it and I took it home and it worked good. I’ve had it on a tender constantly now when not in use. Should last a long time. Right? Nah. I was stranded in Dallas at a random gas station at 9 pm tonight. As a female…. It’s a no. Absolutely unsafe. I had to call my dad and wake him up. Please buy batteries elsewhere or do your research on if different BBP’s sell batteries different conditions.

Great service. Staff were very knowledgeable on the fit-form-function for a replacement battery needed for a garage door opener. Product was in stock. Simple order-to-pickup via web.

Looking for replacement battery (GT12080 8ah) for the Frontier ONT box which was annoyingly beeping on day long. This is the first time I went into a Batteris Plus store. To my pleasant surprise, the gentleman who helped me out is very courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely be visiting this store for batteries in the future.

William is amazing!!! He was able to repair my key fob which had not been letting me unlock the vehicle and the alarm was going off randomly like at 3 am!!! Thank you so much William, you really saved the day! Then we were able to get the perfect flashlight, a lightning phone charging chord and some button batteries I’ve been needing for a while. I have used Batteries Plus for years… I will be more loyal now though! Thanks again!!

I drove past the store, located less than a mile from my home, which is located on 75 in Park Ln. due to the rude snippet remarks of their manager, Tony he act as if I was bothering him so I decided to go to the Plano store This store was worth the drive. I love the staff. They are well educated they look like they enjoy what they do. It is 180° turn from the nightmare that sits on park 75 and Park Lane.. If you have a problem, no matter where in the metroplex go to this store in Plano, I had them reserve two more batteries for the bat pack that I needed for my equip. I will be picking it up next week.

Joe needs to Go. Lethargic service, lazy attitude, indifference to the customer. Made me drive 20 minutes to get my phone serviced at another location, because he said he didn’t have the part…come to find out…he actually had the part, just didn’t want to do the work. Pathetic.

The store had what I needed but when I ordered ahead to pick it up they never confirmed the order was ready so I just showed up and the associate had even seen my order yet. The store was empty yet they didn’t have time to pull my order before I arrived. The associate was very flat in tone and not overly friendly. Just an average experience.
