I called and spoke with John about my key fob not working and got it replaced. Come to find out, my car battery had died from not turning off my brights on accident. John not only made sure I was ok, but came to my car to charge it and get it back up and running. He is very informative and has care for people! In saying that, I highly recommend to put your trust in this business. Will be going back when needed. Thank you for your generosity and empathy John! It doesn’t go unnoticed and I’m so grateful for your help today. 5 stars.

Please stop asking people to contact customer service if you aren't willing to help. I emailed customer support, and I received the reply that's shown in the screenshot. I replied immediately, and no one responded.
Don't make your responses look good for Google.

bought a battery for my tractor 10 months ago, the battery is dead and will not hold a charge. was told at the plano store on ohio and 121 that it was too dead and that they would not honor the warranty uless it was at 10% charge. WHAT A JOKE! they are just looking for an excuse not to honor a warranty!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!

Had a really good experience at this BatteriesPlus location. The sales/service rep was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely purchase from him again.

Received extremely poor customer service from Skyler. Based on other reviews, I am not the only customer who has received poor customer service from Skyler. I do not recommend purchasing from this location.

This Battery Plus location is my go to for batteries and iPhone repairs. Always pleasant, helpful, and fast! John replaced my laptop battery in minutes yesterday and gave me needed information for when and how to recycle the various spent batteries I've been holding. Thanks, John. I'll be back and I'll tell my friends about you, too!

Replaced the monster battery of my APC UPS. Chose curbside pickup. Had to call store main number to signal my arrival. Two busy signals later, the clerk delivered my product. All was well with the battery. Will try this again, hoping for fewer busy signals.
