This company is an absolute joke. I paid my monthly balance early. They still went and took an additional payment. Then the rude rep on the phone tells me I'll get a check in the mail in about 2wks. I said that's unacceptable it should be quicker process. I call my bank wells Fargo and they get my money back in 2 days. Truist 15 days letter and a bunch of now past due fee letters in the mail refund my money. I call them to try and straighten this out seeing what happened and discuss this new late fee and they say we don't waive fees. Also have a debt collector calling me. I've reached out to them multiple times trying to resolve this issue and pay what's do and truist doesn't seem to want to communicate or work the situation. Do not pay your bill early and def do not anticipate any type of good customer service.

Very friendly staff - unlike too many of my experiences at other Truist banks, whom many of them had borderline rude attitudes in my experiences. But I'd recommend this branch!

You would think that a simple withdrawal would not equate the worst banking experience I've ever had.. Sir Thomas at this location made sure of that today.. attitude and demeanor unwillingness to verify details prior to making desicions that turn customers away.. If you can bank elsewhere you should.

I found this branch to be incredibly helpful with all of my financial needs. The staff is very efficient and accurate while still maintaining a good client to banker/teller relationship.

Customer service is really trash an employee name andrea bang something don’t deserve to work at a bank her customer service is really trash and she profiles people tried to open a business account with the paper I got from the state when I registered my business my business is a sole proprietorship and she keep asking me for a LLC paper I kept telling her my business is not a LLC when I asked to speak to a manger she said the manager will not be back for 2 weeks which is ridiculous. She’s very rude and lack good customer service

I've been on hold and transferred and disconnected for over 3 hours...I'm now staying after hours, all to make a credit card payment. Nobody can help me and they transfer me to the same number. Multiple are nice, multiple are rude. No one knows how to help or get me to the right place. Just trying to pay my credit card.

Costumer service at this branch is exceptional. They are caring, patient and polite. My banker Andrea know what she's taking about and always look for my best interest. Giovanni is fast and good. The banking products are not so good and bbt technology is awful and phone 24 is terrible!

They have the worst customer service at this location of all the banks I have had. I have been trying to talk with someone for last 2 hours and have called so many times, they keep picking up the phone saying “Thank for you calling, please hold.” NEVER TAKES ME OFF HOLD. I will close my bb&t account thanks to this.
