So far I have become less and less positive about my experience with PNC. It's as if they find anything and everything to charge me for. It's not the people or should I say employee's who are presenting the problem but rather the policies of PNC itself. If my balance is zero I am charged a fee which is in a constant state of growth due to my being on a fixed income. It's to the point that it costs me almost half of my Social Security Check in added fees because the check doesn't get Direct Deposited until the 3rd. Wednesday of every month. One would think that once a person reaches the age of 65 that ALL Banks would waive these type of fee's. We work hard all our lives to get what little bit that we do get in Retirement just to have Banks take it away from us in frivolous fee's. It's a shame and a disgrace. All of it based on GREED.

Bad customer service even over the phone I called to ask for requirements to open a business bank acct and was told I had to make an appt due to the branch manager’s schedule of she/he can’t then is there no one else capable??????it’s an acct why can’t I just walk into a branch and do it as long as paperwork is correct … when things start off this bad just a clear red flag do your banking ELSEWHERE

Never go to this location!!!!! Really bad customer service, I deposit my government check every 3 months to a different location but this branch didn't accept my check for deposit .

I have been banking at this location on 14st and Jupiter the customer service there is the worst I ever had to deal with. This is not the way they should handle customer I would rather drive 45 mins away to get better service

Tried to help father-in-law who is 90 with his account. They do not accept POA he is not of sound mind bank manage told my wife to leave. Would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!!! Also my wife is on his account but he closed it now his bills cannot be paid he doesn't understand what he has done.

After 7 yrs banking in this branch, with BBVA and now the PNC change I think it's time to move on. First reason the new monthly charges. 2nd. I patiently gave Laura and Roger, only 2 original employees left, time to adjust but I don't think it's a bank issue anymore. It's a I don't care about my customers issue. They state things that are not correct and don't return calls.There is nothing great about this branch and the Spring Creek location isn't any better.

They closed my account due April 08, 2022 reasons was not given. I came to the branch to withdraw my money, the manager requested for cash and claimed it will be ready on April 08, 2022 but when I arrived at the branch on same day 12pm, they told me I cannot get cash because my balance is zero and that cashiers cheque will be mailed to my address in 5 to 10 business day. I'm stucked I cannot even pay rent and other payments due. I think they played a game just to deny me of getting cash for my bills payment. Never trust this PNC bank. Will never recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional

Salma was really helpful!! She has the best attitude and is very attentive on how she can improve your banking experience. Roger is also a great people person. If you guys are looking for a banking account that ACTUALLY cares about customers, this is the place to be!!

No offense to the nice people who work there but I would not use this bank for personal needs. This bank barely ever have enough change for businesses that I work for. Manager need to get coins for business accounts or the bank is start going to lose business very soon. Tellers are very nice.

Worst customer service . I come to the drive thru because I can’t go inside and all the time they say I need to go inside because I have a large change order. Are u serious ? Send it in two trips . Ugh I’m done with this bank

Love that this bank doesn’t have a fee to have an account. But their customer service is 50/50 I’ve had some really good experiences with two different representatives that work there but there is this other lady called Selma that makes it seem like she hates her job she is such a nagger. Honestly worst customer service ever.
