This is one of the worst banks ever. It's not customer friendly at all. I'm use to walking into a bank that greet the customer's when walking into the branch.

I'm happy I'm at this bank. Some of the people at some branchesI far north Dallas , the people may have judged looks on THIER faces when you make your deposit. But the branch at Plano rd and Campbell rd are always nice. If you don't get the older lady. She's the assistant branch manager. She lied to me about funds available. I have never had a positive encounter with her. The branch manager is kind one. Very nice guy.

Lots of employees working here yet it seems every time I come here they are all busy but not with a customer. The wait is very disappointing!

Went in to this branch and opened an account with no trouble.The guy who set my accounts up was nice and friendly; unfortunately, I was not informed that once you receive and activate your debit card you then have to wait an additional "few days" to receive a pin code through the mail before you can actually use the card. That was significant information that should have been communicated when I opened the account. If that is supposed to be a security feature, it is totally inconsiderate of the customer especially since they do not offer temporary debit cards. If this were your only source of money you'd totally be out of luck! The info that comes with the card gave no indication there would be an additional step to activating the card. When I realized the card wasn't working I called customer service and sat on hold for 12 minutes before speaking to anyone. When I finally did speak to someone he wasn't terribly friendly or attentive. I had to repeat my account number multiple times and tell him why I was calling multiple times. I went to the BBB just to see if other customers had this same issue...and I saw a trend of issues people are having with their compass accounts!! Quite unsettling. This experience has left an extremely poor impression that has me rethinking keeping these accounts.

Jay Patel helped set up a credit card and walked me through the online/app process. He was very friendly and understood what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

Waiting for 30 minutes, Manager Connie is on the phone. Only one teller. This branch is always poorly staffed and tellers continue to be very unprofessional.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a bank. I opened an account on the 5th of April, i requested my debit card to be sent to this location because i was moving. Well i go to cash my check on the 20th and was told my card had not been delivered yet. Here it is the 28th. I call to ask about my card because i received an email that says, "we see you havent activated your card".....after taking my social to look up my account i was told my card was delivered on the 20th. After being on hold for ten minutes she comes back and says. Nobody received a card here, she then says let me investigate I'll give u a call back. I call lhr later after not hearing back only to be told by someone else that that previous person had went home. (It was clear my missing card was no real concern to her). I was then placed on hold for 14mins while this 2nd person working at the bank went to get information. She then returns and says, "we dont have a card here for you, thats what she told us before she left".....now im pissed being on hold for 14mins to play he said she said. I then reply i was told it was delivered on the 20th so who misplaced it? I then get put on hold again "to obtain more information" this time for 8mins. I then hear someone pick up the phone then hang up. I immediately called back only to hear sorry this branch is closed i looked at the clock it was now 6:12pm. I cant believe i wasted time switching banks to be treated like this. I will be up there to close my account on Monday.

I was wondering how a bank could get such a low score and then I came here and found out why. Simple things - like there were no pens in the lobby filling out a deposit slip, but even worse, there were no tellers. I stood in a line of four customers for over five minutes and no one ever showed up???! So glad that this is NOT my regular bank.

I am going through what he was talking about and where im supposed to have money in there my balance is negative by hundreds of dollars. I went and spoke to an accountant and they said they would speak with there manager and see what they would do for me. 2 days later I had to call them back only for her to tell me they would do nothing for me and I should " track my money better." When I had informed them I check my account multiple times a day with there Iphone app. There ways of doind business are misleading and will trick you, then the company will do absolutely nothing to help you.
