Wanted to return an order that has not been used or opened . They refused to take the return because it was out of stock and shipped from a different location . I even offered to send it to the place that shipped it . In this day and age where you want to build a trusting relationship with tile company to use it in the future , especially where the competition is way nicer and has much better policies , I would definitely not go back there.

Nice store and helpful staffs.
Unfortunately I’m not sure I agree with the business model.
They dont have anything in stock so to order it will take 7-10 business days. They do no refund/return on stuffs. Anything you return will cost you 25% stock fee. It will slow down any project you have because you cant order more than you need to make sure tile is not broken in process, that will cost money.
Order just enough and you will have to wait another 7-10 days to order another one in case you need some more. Sometimes 20 days if it’s back ordered. Nice tile but we will have to skip to go to Floor and Decor for convenience.

Johana, cashier at this location should not be working at the front. She has a very poor attitude from the moment you walk in to the moment she checks you out. I tried talking to the manager about her poor service and awful attitude and he seemed unworried about it.
Stay away from this location.
Wylie by far has much better service.

It's possible they have tiles I would like, but I can't know. I ordered samples directly from Bedrosian, of tiles that have "high variation" according to their own description. (i.e. Cloe, and others). Each tile in the colorway chosen can have varying colorations, which is part of the charm. I wanted to see the variations to find out if they work in my space. I ordered multiple samples of each tile, assuming they would send different variations. Nope. They send the identical tile 3 times. When I emailed customer service about it, they told me they just pull them and send them and no guarantee you'll get variations. Had I known this, I wouldn't have wasted the money ordering samples. They would not refund the identicals.

Kimberly has been amazing through our process of choosing new tile for our bathroom renovation. I can’t speak highly enough for her professionalism, knowledge, and just our overall experience here. I will refer anyone to Bedrosians and will also come back for future projects. By far the prettiest show room and selection with great prices.

This place is not very transparent in the sales process. I purchased tile and paid without them telling me there were any special surcharges. I do a lot of projects but first time buying here and likely last time. They charge an auto surcharge of 8% of your order. The guy on the phone was super uninterested when i called and asked what that was and why was it not pointed out as a surcharge. He said that is their surcharge to get the tile to their store. That should be included in the price or pointed out on their own website. It was not listed anywhere or mentioned outside of them sneaking it into the bill. Lack of transparency is not good for future business. Be aware!

I am a local designer and we have completed nearly every project of ours utilizing this location. Saeed and Kevin are the best in the business. We know we can rely on them for accurate product knowledge, timely responses, and the most friendly service. In my experience as a designer, these guys are one of my best finds. I highly recommend them to anyone no matter the size of the project.

I bought tile for a bathroom remodel. It was backordered without informing me. When I followed up, it was reordered twice. It took 4 weeks and dozens of calls to finally get the tile. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. It seems they do not care about their customers at all. I wish I had looked at their BBB status before I bought from them: grade F !!! I agree with this score. I will never buy from them again.

Terrible delivery experience. They wanted to leave the tile on the curb 30 ft from my house. They have a cart to roll it - it wasnt even a heavy left. We literally had two cases of tile. Do not order here.
