My family and I moved from CA to TX. We didn't have any idea about the utility companies that serviced the area. We reached out to Contessa and she replied right away. She helped us setup our electric, gas and garbages services. She made the whole process easy. She also gave us recommendations for internet and TV services. Wow wow wow!!! Contessa is amazing! I had setup my electric with a company that was going to charge me a $225 deposit and Contessa helped me cancel and get a new electric that charged absolutely nothing and saved me $225. She cares very much about her customers and she is very very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone. If you aren’t sure how something works she will gladly help you to understand. 10/10 experience
