The customer service is awful. They are greedy and rude. Don’t move here. There’s a reason the vacancy is so high. They are unhelpful and unkind 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Do not rent here. This place is a filthy dump. Trash everywhere. Hallway floors are disgusting. Stairwells haven’t been cleaned in years. Landlord = slumlord. 👎

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. They finally had a decent team in the office and maintenance, 3 weeks later and no one is there anymore. American Communities (management company) can’t keep employees to save their life.
Hallways are gross - looks like a haunted house with all the comb webs and broken glass
Pool is shut down by the city due to negligence
Homeless people popping out of closets left and right
Parking is terrible and gates are always broken
Avoid this place and all others associated with this management company

Summer 2025: Rather than maintaining this area like before, now we have trashbins inside the starwells and they are not upkeeping them... so the stair wells have flies, roaches, and smell bad. It multiplied the problem. Now our pool has been shut down by the city of Plano.
security and cleanliness is not a priority.
I’ve lowered my rating a star - areas that should be regularly maintained by the property are lacking. If these are considered part of the apartment complex, why isn’t there a cleaning service? Even a simple power wash for the stairs would make a huge difference or sweep up.
It’s really disappointing to move into a place you’re excited about, with amenities, only for the same issues to keep arising because they go unattended.
The first impression when you walk into your home - even from the garage - should feel clean and secure.

I would not recommend living here at all. My boyfriend has lived here for almost a year and staff changes ever week it feels like. We were told that he could be put on a fixed payment plan by the previous staff. Now, the new staff is saying he can’t do that. No communication whatsoever between the two staffs. Overall, a complete mess. On top of that, when I went down to the office and asked for corporates number they gave me a residents number with her apartment number on there. I ended up speaking to her and she said she has had a work order in for three years and no one has came to fix anything. So, to save time and energy please read ALL the reviews before you move in to this place.

these guys are thieves and crock, they over charged me even i had my rent on auto withdrawal, they change my rent and after my lease was expired and never change auto withdrawal amount and they charged me $700 over in terms of penalty. After i moved out the property i went in office and asked them final dues, they told me $2057 which was include water bill, i paid that and now they send me another $1257.Now i am calling them every day and no one answer to explain me these charges. I dont want these ppl to report in my credit. they are fraud and scammers. don't rent property from them

I use to live here for year after I moved out two months later they send me a bill of $1,300.39. I kept trying to dispute the agency themselves told me themselves nothing could be done to dispute it because the apartments changed management. This property does not keep any staff employed longer than a month. I asked to show me prove of images of “damage” it went on for months. I had pictures the staff stated it doesn’t matter because the property changed managers. I also had to call the staff to talk to the agency whom was billing me because they keep reaching out for images and never answered. It’s ridiculous to get an answer from both party’s. When all you had to do is a check emails of my information. Also the doors that are gated never worked you can pull the door open. Doesn’t stop there when they renovate apartments they just paint over the mold. My ceiling had bubbles and filled of humidity in the room. The fridge I report it that the filter needed to be changed and they stated it was working as design. My vegetables will go bad after four days of purchase.The numbers look pretty on paper but you as a renter it’s horrible. It’s almost like living under 635 high way but they expect you to pay it this place is a joke. The agency whose in charge of it is also a joke. Their best answer is we changed management. That’s what they go for since they can’t keep no one.

There's feces all over the stairwells as you can see in the pictures from 3 different floors. It has been there for weeks.

It says pet friendly apartments and they are refusing to take in small animals. I have guinea pigs. So according to you guys only dogs and cats are pets? Such misleading community!

Had a garbage disposal problem in the kitchen. Alexis in the office filed a maintenance call and the maintenance person fixed it the next day.
