I had such a smooth and reliable experience with Berkeley's college application services. Previously, I checked out a few prep centers, and honestly, B2A stood out the most. I was surprised how experienced the counselors were, how much data they had, and the one-on-one relationship they had with their students. My child's counselor knew how to bring out my child's voice into their applications. Those things made all the difference and led to some amazing results for us. As a parent, I also really appreciated their Zoom system. It made communicating super easy and saved me a ton of time.

Horrible place for college ready programs. Instructors are either college students or new graduates who don't have experiences in teaching SAT or ACT. They don't know how to teach or explain problems. Instructors are changed without notice. If you are willing to pay 4 or 5 thousand dollors for their materials which have so many errors or typos, go ahead choose this institute. They will just simply give you the answers and are bold enough to say they don't know how to explain problems.

Berkeley 2 Academy is an excellent facility staffed by a dedicated team of instructors, counselors, administrative staff, and directors. They place a strong emphasis on preparing students for success, creating an environment that helps them achieve their goals. Directors James and Emily bring a wealth of wisdom through their guidance, bringing such value to so many families! I highly recommend b2a for any family!

I enjoyed working at Berkeley2 Academy as the office manager for the Plano branch. I like the high quality of materials and the service they provide. The teachers are very passionate about teaching students. The managers and directors want to give each student the best possible advice. They will do their best to help students get better grades/scores. They really care for each student's potential for a better future.

My son started the Gateway Program at B2A last summer. I love the program because my son just has to do the weekly things over the course of 10 weeks, and the application is completed smoothly. They also provide midterm and final evaluation of the entire application and counseling on how to apply for scholarships.Special thanks to my son's advisor, Ryan Groves, who was very professional and attentive in helping my son. He suggested schools and departments to apply to based on my son's interests and profile. The weekly interactions were very helpful to my son.Without Emily's B2A team, my son would not have received so many good offers - UCB, USC, UCSB ,,,,, etc. If you need a college counselor for your child, I highly recommend B2A, and my youngest son will definitely be using them again next year!

Berkeley2 provided excellent test preparation and guidance to my son. Practices tests, test taking skills and strategies, as well as guidance on when to take tests are all included. We had a great experience and the exact outcome we had hoped for.Thank you!

Before I took the SAT course at Berkeley2 Academy, I met with Director James to discuss college planning which was super helpful. After I took the course, I improved about 300 points. Since the class is small, I had time talking to the teacher and asking questions rather than working on myself. Also, I love how the teachers always put big efforts on us and make sure we are on top of things!

I liked the small classes because I could have 1:1 attention and ask any questions I had. I liked the atmosphere as well - very friendly staff and teachers. The SAT strategies taught at B2A helped me improve my scores a lot!

I have nothing but glowing things to say about my experience working at B2A. From the students to the front office to the directors, everyone is so receptive, kind and understanding. I always feel comfortable to express new ideas and methods because of everyone's willingness to listen.
