Dude at the front greeting you is insanely pushy. Probably the most awkward experience I've ever had in a tech store. The manager said they were out of xbox's, as i was leaving he tried to argue saying they were not out and he was wrong. Then he said who are you going to believe? Me or that guy? It was wild lol. This guy is creeping people out ya'll

I dropped off some batteries for recycling, and the staff was very helpful. Missing bike parking though.
The electronics displays are kinda weird since they're bolted in place instead of tethered like most places, and then make a loud cry if you try to pick them up to feel the weight distribution (I was curious about a small Macha e-reader and wanted to see its hand feel).

The service was excellent and it started at the front door, the sweetest gentleman Kyle was there waiting for me to take care of all my laptop needs. Thank you Kyle, it was a pleasure to meet and be served by you.

During covid, I bought an item and drove up waiting for 5 min of no response. I got out of my car walking to 3 workers that were still chatting since I drove up. I got a 'cordial' "GET BACK TO YOUR CAR!!!" and they went back to their conversation. After another min of no action, I just left.
I canceled my order and got what I wanted at Microcenter about 20 minutes later.
I actually worked at BB in college- when we WERE courteous.
How funny, BB tells me to talk to management YEARS AFTER.
